Hi I have just go a new wheelchair from monarch and it is ideal for me, it is the EZI fold Auto ,just tried it out and about me home and on the pavement it is great,
Now I have got how the controls are sensitive,
My wife and I will be going out more ,
My wife has been trying the Auto fold , this makes it better for her to get it into our car, with my help the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Incredibly friendly service. I am a returning customer. My delivery driver/engineer Glen was so informative and knowledgeable about the product and the information he gave me regarding my first time on the motability scheme.

I have never come across such a friendly, helpful company in years. From Ian, the demonstrator, to Andy who got my order out really just as needed to Matt, who helped me (3 phone calls) to sort out assembly hitches.
I simply cannot thank them enough and I urge MM management to remember the Christmas is coming.

Hi I would like to thank monarch for helping us when we came to the shop to look for the scooters we wanted,The staff were very helpful when we bought the scooters which were delivered on Friday the driver was great and very helpful I couldn't thank him enough, Thank you Monarch Mobility. 😃😃😃

Glen was great! He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Time was not an issue as he guided me through the operating procedure to ensure my comfort and safety. I now feel confident to use my electric wheelchair independently for trips into town. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

Glen the gentleman that came to see me was a great guy, Glenn put my mind at rest as I do tend to panic a bit, Glenn put my mind at rest with out me realising we had a natter and a cuppa and a laugh, With out a doubt it was nice to meet him and if it was done by scoring I would give him eleven out off ten and I will say a big thank you to Glenn for all his help he is a top man and a pleasure to meet him a big thank to you all and Glenn.

Glenn gave us a demonstration, gave clear and thorough instructions and advice on do's and don'ts of how to use the power wheelchair. He was able to answer all of our questions. We found him to be friendly and professional in everything he said. Would recommend Monarch to friends, family and others.

Wonderful gentleman explained everything I needed to know about my delivery of new Genie AUTO Scooter. Really helpful. Gave me some tips I wasn't aware of in general about charging the battery. Great Scooter. Great Company. Very pleased with the help I got from Mr Jones. Lovely Gentleman. Company is lucky to have him. He's a credit to the Company.

They may be great at selling you a Scooter but try and get an engineer for a fault no one can give a straight answer why you just can’t book an engineer and local agents can’t help as only monarch seem to have access to parts for a scooter just over a year old. Sorry I purchased from them

This is our second mobility scooter from Monarch and once again the service was amazing. Dave arrived early and was a delightful man. Knowledgeable, and understood what type of scooter we needed. We’ve had a Mojo for four years but it was too heavy for me now. The Genie Ultra light is perfect and I was easily able to get it into the boot of my car. I look forward to many happy days out on Genie.

I have had a scooter before and wanted to upgrade. The staff were MORE than helpful. I had a slight issue with the new scooter and the after sales were second to none. I am actually in awe of their prompt customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any of the things they provide. I would be totally confident buying anything from them!
