Totally disgusted at the quality of the dress that I received. Like others try to return and told had to be returned to China. Wish I had looked at reviews before ordering. Totally and absolutely scam, yes the say to return to country of origin. They do not say all garments made in China!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would love to give less than 1 star. Avoid! I bought a dress that was nothing like as advertised. No returns info. No reply from customer service. Will be reporting to Trading Standards.

I can't believe the extremely poor quality of my purchase. They make it impossible to return as it would not be cost effective. An absolute disgrace to say the least.

Received numerous excuses for late delivery and when the items arrived they were very poor quality

I regret not looking up Trustpilot reviews before ordering. I am very disappointed with the quality of the top I bought because it fails to meet the description on their website which states:

“Stay warm even when the temperature drops to 5 degrees with our luxurious women's shirt– made from thick, double-layered waffle fabric that provides an incredibly soft and warm feel. The inside is extra cosy and feels like fleece against the skin, allowing you to enjoy maximum comfort on chilly days”.
The fabric is not thick or double-layered, it is thin and does not feel like fleece at all.
Consequently I asked for a refund and as their website does not give the full postal address I asked them to provide it. The Returns Policy states that items should be returned to the ‘fulfilment centre in the country of origin’ to be in this country, and as the company is based in London it is reasonable to expect it is in the UK.
I was given two options: (i) post it to China at my expense which they advise costs between £35 and £65, depending on the courier, and customs fees may also apply, Once the item is returned my refund will be ‘processed to my account within 45 days.
(ii) keep the item and they will refund 10% of the purchase price back to your original payment method as a gesture of goodwill. They helpfully explained this options avoids the high return shipping and customs fees and allows for a much faster resolution.
Avoid buying anything from this company.

Takes weeks to arrive, quality is very poor, Shein is much better at this point! Not worth the money at all!

Awful returns experience - claiming £65 to return the goods (which cost less than that!). Dress looks terrible and nothing like the website.

The products are ghastly and nothing like the images online. Horrible polyester material, and no returns address. I’m going to cut my losses and stress levels by not attempting to return the three items Ai was daft enough to order.

worst products ever - i purchased the (what i thought was) beautiful cream summer dress with blue accents - holy moly - i wouldn't clean my windows with it - this has got to be the worst item (i was going to say of clothing but that's pushing it) i have ever bought - it's an awful washed out yellow and the fabric - well i don't even know how i can describe that - let's just say the public may well see things they shouldn't - the fabric is so thin and see through - i am so angry and disappointed - never, ever use these people and their advert on all social media platforms should be reported to trading standards - also trying to get a refund .....no chance of that - so so difficult and costly - please, please don't use this online "shop"

Easy to place the order, had to wait a couple of weeks for my delivery, was it worth the wait....NO! Two dresses which didn't look anything like the picture, poor imitations and poor quality material. Attempted to return the items to be told it would cost me and include import tax so opted for 10% refund as I literally couldn't be bothered to waste my time. Whilst they were quick to respond to my issue, I just wish they had spent as much time in carrying out quality control on their items.

SHIPMENTS COME FROM CHINA WITH A MESSAGE SAYING THAT THEIR WILL BE A DELAY IN RECEIVING YOUR ORDER DUE TO HIGH DEMAND. RECEIVED 2 DRESSES TRUELY AWFUL QUALITY REQUESTED TO RETURN AND TOLD I MUST RETURN TO THEIR CHINESE WAREHOUSE AS THAT WAS WHERE THE ORDER WAS FULFILLED.

Absolutely disgusted with this company- completely misrepresented a product and when it arrived the quality of it is not as shown on images….then to make it worse in order to receive a refund you have to ship it back to china at a cost to yourself of between £35-£65! Or you can receive a partial refund of 10% of the product cost ‘as a gesture of goodwill’
Absolutely fuming and disgusted that a company can con customers out of their money and make it so costly to return an item that you end up losing money!

I would rate this as a zero, the ads need to be removed, I ordered what was supposed to be 2 linen shirts, they came today and are cheap polyester, nothing like the photos on the ad, they came from China. I wish I had read the reviews here before I ordered

The advertising for this company led me to believe they were based in London which they are not. The items are shipped from China and are of a very poor quality. What I ordered only vaguely resembles the photographs and for the price I would have expected better. There are no labels on clothing to say what the fabric is. This company is no more than a con, don't buy from them.

Wanted to give no stars but had to give 1. Do not buy anything from this company. Its a scam. Complete rip-off. I ordered 2 dresses - they arrived and honestly I wouldnt even use them for rags. They were disgusting, not like anything on the picture, fabric was cheap like plastic coated that you would use for an apron etc. No way of returning them - should be banned.

Sorry, I had to pick 1 star in order to actually write a review. ZERO stars! Colour and material nothing like the picture. Material is like actual paper. It costs between £35-£65 to return it apparently for a dress that costs £30. 25 questions asked to see if they will agree to allow you to return it. If someone gave me the dress for free I wouldn't wear it. They should not be allowed to get away with scamming people. Im so annoyed I didn't look at reviews

I bought a dress which looked beautiful in the advert. It arrived today nothing like the dress I thought I was getting it is cheap looking and clearly cinema from a sweat shop
