Poor quality, badly made with a fault. Says it can be returned for a full refund but you pay shipping costs… to China! £35-£65. So completely not worth risking.

Oh dear! How I wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered in haste from the pretty pictures. Over two weeks gone and no sign of the blouse I ordered arriving ☹️

As I was disappointed with the fabric quality of the items I bought, I have requested info about the returns process but no response. This company is misleading, the products came from China not London. There is no phone number listed so you can only email which of course they ignore.

Absolutely awful product. Conned by name of company stating London!! Ordered Clara dress which looks nothing like the picture advertised!! Material cheap. Delivery was not 3-5 days!! When completed the returns form , apparently their returns details are at checkout!! Have to return back to china!!

Cheap and nasty clothing, nothing like the garments shown online, obviously sent from China and not their London store as advertised. Returns are impossible, £35-£65 to return to China or a 10% discount offered after filling in an extensive questionnaire which was a total waste of time. Avoid this company at all costs - it’s a zero star review.

Absolutely awful company . Paid £35 for a dress , which I later found on SHEIN for £10 . Tried to send it back had to answer loads of questions and photos , the said it would cost £65 to send back or they would give me 10% of the dress back and i could keep it . Don’t buy from them .

If you are considering a full refund this is their procedure. Return shipping costs are to China at a cost of between £35 & £65. Or 10% of the order.

I was so disappointed when my shirt arrived - great graphics but it is made of cheap, synthetic fabric - not at all the “breathable” fabric promised on the website. To make matters worse it is pretty much impossible to arrange a return. Shoddy quality and non-existant customer services. Avoid at all costs.

Molly and Moon are significant as my first (and hopefully last) Insta rip off. Definitely not based in London, weeks to arrive, poor cut, badly sewn, cheap materials. Hard to contact. DONT TOUCH THIS RUBBISH.

I would give zero if I could. Terrible quality and items not as described. The website appears to be AI and they said they would charge me £35-60 to return for a refund - the item only cost £35. It's a scam don't fall for it shop elsewhere

I ordered 2 blouses in the sale from their ‘London’ store …which I now realise is in China! Very misleading indeed! I would not have bought these had I known. They took over 3 weeks to arrive…Eventually, I had notification of dispatch and a few days later when I was expecting them to arrive I got another notification saying that my order had now passed ‘quality checks’ and was being dispatched! So, package had been dispatched twice?
I emailed company who did get back to me the next day saying that they had staff shortages and lots of orders because of the sale.
The prints are nice but do not have the depth of colour as shown in their photos. The fabric though is hideous…will not be great next to your skin as it’s completely synthetic and there was a very strong synthetic/chemical smell when the bag they come in is opened! Can’t be safe to wear these on your skin. Are there laws about this? Photos in the ads are very misleading in terms of colour-ways, the fit and the drape of the fabric which suggest cotton or something of higher quality. After reading these reviews, instead of wasting my time trying to get a refund, I will report them to trading standards.

Terrible company to deal with. More than reluctant to refund. Goods are nothing like the pictures on site. Don’t touch with a barge pole!!

Godverdammer!!! I saw the ads for these beautifully printed, long length summer dresses, made in what looked like a quality linen fabric - thought, great! I’ll order three stunning designs to waft around on holiday in Italy…. waited almost three weeks for delivery from this ‘LONDON’ shop … to ship from China…. Well the actual print was the same, but the fabric is cheap (polyester/elastane I think - can’t tell as there are no fabric content labels attached) - Horrible, cheap & nasty, the back seam is sewn with too tight a tension, so it puckers and does not flow properly - must be difficult to sew such slippery, synthetic fabric?! So the product advertised is not what is being sold… unfortunately, as the print and the style are brilliant. I just hope I can get the almost £100 I paid re-imbursed - dank je wel…

Ordered a dress 3 weeks later it arrived after excuses of staff issues etc What arrived was cheap fabric poorly made horrible colour nothing like the dress I had seen advertised. Returns process complicated form loads of questions . Will see if I get any money back but avoid at all cost

Absolutely disappointed with this dress. It looks nothing like the photos advertised the colour is completely different (more of a washed-out pale tone rather than the beige shown), and the material is shockingly thin and see-through. The quality feels cheap and flimsy, not worth the price at all.

The fit and overall finish are also poor, making it look nothing like the flattering design shown online. It’s misleading and honestly feels like false advertising. I had high expectations, but this was a huge letdown.

This feels misleading and not worth the money at all. Returning immediately.

of items and not even sure they have a shop anywhere. Cheap cheap cheap items of extremely poor quality come from china. Returns are impossible, no returns label inside package. Only return address is a warehouse somewhere that M and M dont recognise! Unable to click anywhere on their page for a return label. I wish I had read all the reviews before ordering. Please do not waste your money ordering anything from Molly and Moon!!! I wish I could give no stars!!!!

It is not even worth a one star cheap horrid materiale shipped from china not London based as indicated by advert does not reflect the pictures, have to fill out 25 questions firm to return only to be told you have to send back to china at a cost the same as the product ! Do not use this company

Absolutely awful quality and nowhere near the stated size .made difficult to return ,asking form to be copy and pasted and completed ,take photos etc avoid this company!MollyandMoon does not exist at the shop on the advert this rubbish is coming from china.customer service is nonexistent avoid at all costs because it will cost you.

This company should not be allowed to advertise and sell on these platforms

Do not use this company it is a scam scam scam …. The items came absolutely nothing like advertised disgusting items cheap shabby lookin awful quality would not even give these too anyone. I wish I would have looked on here first … stipulate sale look gorgeous on their sit but honestly disgusting. Now they are trying to avoid retuning the items …. Want me to copy and paste lots of questions answer them absolute scam … refusing to forward return label unless meets their requirements !!!!! Also emailed me prior to being delivered because they were late due to staff sickness !!!! Again red flags do not use this company …. I have reported dispute scam to bank being investigated …. Please read all previous reviews spend your money elsewhere DONOT USE 💩
