Unfortunately rubbish

Molly and Moon are not a London company . They are actually based in China, As several sites sell the same clothes I suspect they are all run by the same company. Supplied clothes are basic and ill fitting. It is difficult and expensive to make a return to China. I have had a mail saying they are closing Molly and Moon so will probably open up in another name, avoiding repayment on returns.

UTTER CON. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a shirt from the website - shd hv looked at Tripadvisor first. The item arrived today, nothing like advertised, cheap awful material, badly made, wrongly sized, absolutely disgusted. The company are fraudulent, conning people and impossible to get a refund. I am reporting to Trading Standards and pursuing a refund fraud action thru my bank. Please do not buy from them. All these negative reviews exist for a reason.

I so wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered. Totally miselling items I honestly thought the company was based in London.. my stupidity.. item delivered was like a rag nothing like the one advertised and now I’m expected to complete an essay to return the product and pay as much to return the goods as I did to buy it - so mad and I’m reporting to Instagram which is where I saw the advert. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS

Dreadful, fraudulent adverts. Cheap, nasty products that don't represent the photos. Huge return postage even though they've sent you fraudulent items - scam!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Items not representative of the items sent. Customer service doesn't recognise items sent aren't what is advertised. Reported to trading standards.

Horrible quality, slow delivery and impossibly difficult to secure a return . Waiting to see if my refund will be honoured. Do not use this company.

Regret not having checked about the vompany early. Too frustrating experience. Expensive dress, arrived so late. Quality and product was totally different from what was shown and refund process a big pain. You have to fill in a ridiculously long form and unnecessary details. A very poor service. Its really disappointing. Please avoid.Its a total waste.

DO NOT buy anything from this atrocious company!! They are thieves. They steal photos from the Shien website for their advertising then supply awful sub standard clothes that don't look anything like the photos on the website. If you want to return they make you answer 26 questions and provide 5 photos. They then say you have to return to China at your own expense at a cost of between £30-60!! They argue with you over many emails and other pathetic discounts to try and get you to keep the crap clothing! Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a bunch of thieves!!! DON'T TOUCH THEM

Do not buy from this company, items received damaged and extremely bad quality, when challenged to returned was told you have to pay to return at your own cost, which could cost up to £65!! Scam company not based in London.imported from china!

Absolutely a rip off. Item was worse than a cheap fancy dress outfit. In fact I wouldn’t even wear it to a fancy dress party. Then they have the cheek to offer 10% refund a keep the rubbish. I will be contacting trading standards

Currently in the process of opening a case with Trading Standards and my own legal team. I will also be speaking to my bank to get a refund via the Section 75 Act. This company is NOT BASED IN LONDON!! They send cheap rubbish items and they are never as they describe! DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! Save yourself the headache!!

Clearly this is a scam company and stupidity me didn’t check before buying! The item that arrives is dreadful and nothing like the photo and the ‘simple returns process’ is 3 pages of questions and I’m pretty sure I’ve no chance of getting a refund now I’ve seen the forums and the number of people who’ve been ripped off! How do these people sleep at night???

Terrible company with poor service and selling poor quality items, which are sent from China rather than from London, which is what their website suggests. There is no real option to return anything that doesn't fit or is of poor quality. Having filled in lots of questions about the return, they then told me I had to send it back to China at my own expense. They should not be allowed to advertise as they do or trade in Europe. Don't buy from them.

Dress ordered and received. Really badly made, poor quality and unwearable.
Returns and refund procedure involves returning goods to China!
Will never use again

Material is really cheap dresses look like overalls. Returns cost between £35-£65 to China and they won’t refunded until they’ve received your tracking number OR you can keep the items and they will refund 10% of what you paid for them.
