Poor Courier experience
Delivery was scheduled between 2-4. I received a call regarding early delivery. I left work early to accommodate delivery, and travelled an hour to my home. I received a call from the courier that they were at my residence and were refusing to wait the 5 minutes for me to get home. I was lucky my neighbour was passing otherwise the delivery would be missed due to the courier leaving.

Unfortunately, during December courier companies are under extreme pressure, and their reliability and communication can be unpredictable despite scheduled delivery windows. While we always do our best to dispatch orders promptly, the final delivery is handled entirely by the courier, and situations like this are regrettably outside of our direct control.

Bar stools purchase
I had search and search for hours on the internet for some good quality bar stools that were different to the usual ones you can get on the high street and then stumbled across Modish! What a fabulous find!!! Easy purchase, quick delivery and I’ve got the best quality and unique bar stools. I’ll be coming back for the matching dining chairs.
