Incorrect Bolts Ordered...
I ordered bolts for my car and immediately the admin messaged me for further details. Turns out that I mistakenly did incorrect research and ordered the wrong bolts. MODE Auto Concepts corrected this and sent the correct bolts. It was received in less than 5 days. Great service!

Poor dispatch time
I live on the sunshine coast and ordered your part from Brisbane. Unfortunately as per your website you said that it's same day dispatch. I ordered pretty early on in the day on Wednesday. I payed extra for express postage. (1-2 day delivery) I needed the part by Friday. I even sent a courtesy email to say I need it sent away on the day of order.
No response, eventually I got an email saying it has been sent to the post office on Thursday evening.
You part arrived on Monday, the same time as a part I also ordered from Melbourne, at the same time your order was put through. Tried calling but couldn't figure out who was who on your website.

We understand not every order goes right and can see your order missed the same day dispatch by just a couple of minutes causing it to be collected from MODE Brisbane Fulfillment by Aus Post the following day. As your item was collected Thursday it should have still been eligible for next day delivery to your location but Australia Post was unable to do so.
Although we do quote dispatch and transit times you will see in our store terms that they are not guaranteed as we like other stores Australia wide are reliant on the same logistics network.
Your feedback has been taken on board with consideration as to how we can improve our processes and dispatch times.

Great local supplier for M2 g87 parts as overseas suppliers have huge/overinflated delivery costs. Parts were as detailed, looking forward to more g87 parts being available.
Delivery was also very efficient and cost effective.

Thieving organization hiding behind emails. …
I purchase a MHD from this store $155.00 in December 2023. It was sent to the wrong address, even though I sent them an email 5 minutes after purchase advising correct address, which they did not rectify or acknowledge. I tracked the order with courier (Couriers Please) and they advised the item was lost, and was sent back to MODE, I sent the several emails, which they did not acknowledge or respond to requesting a refund or replacement. all I got was silence. so basically they stole my money and customer service does not exist. there is no phone number listed to call them on and they hide behind emails, quite frankly they do not deserve ant stares what so ever, so please be mindful of the experience and buy your goods elsewhere. they are just a pack of thieves. after this experience they invited me to write a review. I told them in an email I would do this.

Hi Max, it appears quite a fair bit of context is missing from your review here;
Our team has reviewed all records and email correspondence and can see that you have in fact entered the incorrect shipping address upon ordering.
This has led to your item being delayed in transit which then triggered a return to sender with Couriers Please. Unfortunately we have also not yet received an updated or correct address from you to send out a replacement item.
Further to the above, upon contact by a team member (after this review had been received) to again attempt to clarify address we have been advised you no longer reside at this address anyway and a new address was not provided by yourself for us to send a replacement.
In addition to all of the above we also have a string of emails stating this item will not do what you want it to do and therefore we should give you a refund.
The whole situation is quite confusing and convoluted and we are uncertain of how to proceed with a resolution in which you would be satisfied.
If the item is returned to us we are happy to issue a refund, otherwise if you wish for a new item to be sent out please email us your new shipping address and that will be done immediately.

Missing hardware
Great products and will continue to purchase. Missing hardware put of a s55 charge cooler kit(missing key screws to hold in sensor for the car to actually run) and I was told a mechanic should be supplying the missing items for me??? I have spent nearly 7k in a month here and i get an answer like the missing hardware was my fault?? How wild. Aftersales don't exist, ignored emails, and repeat the same questions over and over again. Dissatisfied to say the least.
Update nearly 10k spent and all my mode gear is great quality so I couldn't give such a low rating for a decent company. I do still think the communication needs work.
