Great customer service, I purchased a set of factory seconds (cosmetically damaged so sold at a cheaper price) tail lights which came with a 30 day warranty, Josh happily answered questions I had about the wiring so I could wire in additional lights I had. One of the tail lights I had was faulty electrically and Josh happily sent out another one upon me sending videos of the fault despite it being outside the warranty period as it was more like 90 days since purchase.

Recently purchased a set of tail lights, very happy with the product. Service was great and delivery was fast.

Really simple to install, and has made my Hilux look unreal! Arrived fast with instructions, very happy and highly recommend

Another good experience with HIMOD, ordered flush mounts and had them within 2 days. The lens is easy to change between amber and white. Pretty happy with quailty can't knock it.

Wait four mounths to get my items from them
No update, no following nothing
I had to ask them many times

Even with the express delivery my parcel has arrived with 4 months late
They process a bonus gift, nothing
Theses guys are scammers you deserve better

Don’t buy to this amateurs the quality isn’t so good.

Purchased some tray tail lights
To find out weeks later there out of stock
When I’m in need for a road worthy.
Asked for a refund but was told no refund

Absolutely pathetic company do not buy from them.

Really happy with the taillights, received them quickly too!

Buy something, it goes out of stock, wait months to finally receive it and promised “free goodies” as compensation. Receive the item with no “free goodies”, item doesn’t fit and is faulty. Customer support respond saying nothing they can do and don’t honour their warranty. Terrible all round

Don’t buy from these guys unless you want to wait months and months for your order to arrive. Terrible communication i had to chase up my order every time just to get an update still waiting on my LED bulbs.

Their website doesn’t show that any of the products are out of stock!

Advertise and try and sell stock they don’t have. I waited 3 months for some indicators then asked for a refund, the next day I was told they were on the way. Turned up and wasn’t the indicators I ordered. Which they knew about, I was told they would send a returns bag and after multiple emails I don’t have a refund. And no indicators that I wanted, don’t waste your money with these guys they just sell AliExpress stuff at twice the price
