Paul was on time.. phoned as he'd driven past firstly.. the Kymco is amazing. I'm thrilled..it whizzed up the slope on my lawn which is more than 12degrees. He showed me everything. Answered all my questions....settled my fears after a bad experience 7 years ago.with another make. Now,the world is my oyster,I don't need my legs nor crutches..there will be no stopping me. Wish I'd bought years ago when I saw one and asked the woman on it about it outside of Asda.. Thank you so so much Mobility Plus..and Paul for his time and patience. So thrilled to be getting my life back.

After finally deciding that a scooter was what I needed I started to look for one. I wanted a scooter I could travel with a d would accommodate my weight. I quickly found one on this website and after doing some research found they were by far the cheapest. I placed an order.

Unfortunately I had placed an order on an item that was very popular. But Chris did inform me of this. His personal touch was very good and you felt valued as a customer. However it did end up being over two weeks before I received my scooter.

The customer service is excellent. However I would strongly advise paying for the scooter to be delivered and assembled. I just got delivery and it arrives in a large box on a pallet. I’m luckily that my husband was able to unwrap and assemble. If I’d been on my own I would never have managed.

I would highly recommend this company for your scooter needs.

New to buying a mobility scooter, don’t hesitate to go to these guys who go out of their way to give you the scooter that’s right for you. I had a scooter in mind but Chris asked me my intended use before agreeing that my choice would be ok.Having taken delivery of it a De Velbiss auto fold I am very pleased.He also pointed out I was entitled to VAT relief which I was not aware of.On the delivery day they rang me to tell me it would arrive in the afternoon direct from the manufacturer which was within the timescale.Great service from people who care about customer needs.

Paul was very helpful in selecting the right scooter for my needs because of my medical condition.

Found these guys online and liked their competitive pricing. Ordering on the website was easy and the very next day I received a call to confirm the order and also say that there would be a slight delay in one of the scooters I’d ordered. Not a problem, I was kept in the loop as to where the scooter was in its journey and due to the slight delay they organised for the other one I’d orders at the same time to be delivered straight away at no extra cost. I opted for the ‘delivered ready’ option and the delivery turned up at the exact time stated and alongside an excellent introduction to the scooter and how it worked meant a very smooth transaction all round. Would recommend these guys.

I ordered an Invacare Orion Pro from Mobility Scooters Plus I received a phone call before it was delivered asking me how i would like it set up which was very helpful. Rob delivered the scooter the next day and set the seat height for me which was a bit low and gave me some instruction on what does what on the scooter. I would like to thank Rob and all of the staff for a great transaction and all of their help getting me on the (road) or Mabey the pavement and the information given about accessories ie a rain and tiller covers. A truly recommended company.

Good communications would have put a 5 but my scooter was a day late arriving my only fault is not any info or tracking info with delivery of the scooter.
But apart from that it was the most competitive price for my item out of all those I researched online and shop wise .

Very good experience prompt delivery

My new Mobility Scooter arrived one day before my 81st birthday, having been ordered four days earlier as my birthday gift. Excellent delivery and introduction with battery charged and ready for any journey. Our only comment is to ask if the serial number could be on the invoice as indicated by the DVLA. Many thanks. This is my husband's 2nd ATTO replacing one we purchased 5+ years ago which has been well used. Delivery was prompt and Paul showed me why I had been having bother folding & unfolding, I was using the fabric hand rather than the metal one! The new one is better equipped e.g. integral lights, a locking system. On first use it needs a little adjustment. We have taken the ATTO on cruise ships and an aeroplane without difficulty.
Now we have to think about what to do with the original one!

The website was easy to use and the specifications for the chair, back heit, seat width etc were all easy to see. Price was good and delivery was prompt and as promised. hai seems fine and only took 5 minutes to assemble. Only time will tell how reliable it is and if it does have a problem how good Mobility Scooters Plus after sales service is.
