Good, clear communication about is what required, also, prompt service. Relatively easy online provision. I would have liked if there was also over the weekend correspondence, to help confirm whether my new cover had been activated, when setting up the insurance cover. Poor service during repairs. Excess cover is expensive £100 for older iPhones 12 / 13 almost the same price as buying a refurbished replacement
