Great service, really happy with the response provided in relation to my Apple watch. I purchased an Apple Watch Ultra 2 12 months ago. For reasons unknown, it stopped working. I let Mobile Direct know about the problem. In response they sent me a new replacement watch, and posted it within 24 hours. Really impressed with the service offered. I had a mobile for sale on contract, so I emailed the to ask if they would a accept this, the replied saying yes that’s not a problem and they would acccept it!and a link to complete the sale wich I did and it gave me the price they would pay! Avoid these people at all costs
Competitively priced to sell at £104, I sent my as-new iPhone 12 mini to Mobile Direct and described it as 'EXCELLENT'. To my horror they reported that the phone was only 'FAIR' with bad damage and offered £22. So, they had the phone and the money. As a 'goodwill gesture' this was increased to £50 and eventually after pressing my case £60 was paid. Steer clear - its a scam!!

We would like to clarify that, upon receiving your device, our inspection identified visible scratches, which meant it did not meet the condition initially selected (Excellent). Please note that for a device to qualify as Excellent condition, it must have no visible scratches. In your case, the scratches observed during inspection meant the device did not meet this category, as outlined in the inspection report.
Our valuations are always based on the actual condition of the device at the time of inspection, and we do have photographic evidence available should you wish to review it.
As part of our effort to reach a fair outcome, we initially offered £45, and following further internal review, this was increased to £60 as a goodwill gesture.

Photographic and inspection evidence of the returned parcel;
