You may think you’re saving, but in reality it’ll end up costing much more, in either counterfeit merchandise or nothing at all!
Be very aware of online fraud.
At best this company is small and cannot cope with the amount of orders they are generating.
I am very suspicious and either way they continue to take a lot of money from genuine customers in good faith. Hiding behind UK websites with certified URLs, yet operating in Hong Kong.
Looking at the raft of reviews for each of these sites (below) a “satisfied customer” is few and far between.

They say 6-8 days delivery, but my phone hasn't arrived after 8 days. Worse, I've tried contacting them multiple times but no response
Their online chat puts you 2nd in the queue but it never progresses from there
I've called and i'm on queue but no one comes on. Voice mail was not responded to
No response from multiple email, including asking them to cancel, but no confirmation.
Finally, called my credit card company to stop payment. Not sure what state my order has been left in now

Ordered Speaker through Wowcher. The speaker came on time but I tested it and it made loud beeping sounds; so it is faulty. I sent it back which I had to pay for and got no refund and now they won't contact me. Serves me right for using them, they buy cheap products from China and then sell them on... fail

Scam site
I paid £469 ordering a sony XZ Premium on 2nd august 2017.
On 30th November after much delaying and false promises that the phone would be sent in 2 weeks time and me trying to cancel the order I got a cancellation email.
It is now the 20th December and I have no phone and no refund.
Do not use this company!

Hice mi pedido 503-7426 el 11 de noviembre,me contestasteis desde esta página diciéndome que me habíais cancelado dicho pedido y que en 10-12 días me haríais la devolución del importe (108 €).
Han pasado los días y NO he recibido NADA.
Si esta semana no me lo ingresais a mi tarjeta,procederé a DENUNCIAR sin más réplica ni esperas.

They've had my money since the 24th November. No item received so cancelled. Was told to wait up to 10 days for refund. Despite many emails, nobody gets back to you. Tried calling and after waiting 10 minutes they cut me off before speaking to anyone.
Still not received money. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS SITE.

Fraudulent - Do not use this Company. Ordered and paid for a tablet computer. Order was acnowledged but not delivered. After 10 days I emailed several times for an update - no reply. Tried the phone, recorded message only, so left my details. Tried live chat to no effect. Now trying to cancel the order and get my money back, still no answer. Will have to involve the credit card company.

Read the other reviews here. I wish I had before I placed my order. Avoid this company and disregard the attractive prices as you will lose money.

Fraud
I bought a mobile Xiomi Mi 5 on October 21 of this year. On the 19th I receive an email confirming delivery of the mobile. They tell me in that email that if I do not receive it, it will be communicated within 24-48 hours. I do it and I do not receive any information until now. I do not have a mobile or my money back. I have written many times explaining the situation. Ask them for my money back if they have not delivered my cell phone and they have never answered anything. Not a word. I hope no one else is going through the same problem as me. This is a scam and I'm tired of waiting. I'm going to notify the police, this is a fraud.

Ordered a camera and received confirmation email saying item will be dispatched in 6-8 days. Payment was taken. Nearly 3 weeks after 8th day.... order status still 'unfulfilled'....
Sent 9 emails.... no response
Made 5 phone calls.... 3 no response 2 hung up on me.
Spent a total of 3 hours in a queue waiting for live chat assistance.
Eventually spoke via live chat today and they are unable to say when item will be dispatched as waiting for an update from their supplier.
Cancelled order and awaiting money back.
HORRENDOUS COMPANY STEER CLEAR.

If you are a UK resident please do not purchase from this company, they have a virtual address linked in London and are based in Hong Kong. They advise on their website that they will deliver 6-8 days after dispatch however despite contacting them on numerous occasions 9 days after I had paid for the goods with my credit card they were still unable to advise me when the goods would leave the warehouse. They maybe cheaper but buyer beware there is a reason for this ! You will never get your goods and now will have to see after I requested cancellation that my funds will be refunded I have even been quoted that this will take a further 10 days !

I should have checked with Trust Pilot first 11days with no sign of calling back after chasing the order status is unfulfilled which promise to leave the ware house within 3-5 days. IT IS TOTALLY A SCAM.WHY? FIRSTLY, CHAT SERVICE I always BE THE FIRST ON THE QUEUE BUT NO ONE ACTUALLY RESPONSE..NO.. there's no one really response. When they want you to buy they will response but when you bought and want to know what happen to your order !! no one is there for you to answer. I also emailed them so many..so many times but they never response. I called them today said the same I was the first on the queue but no one actually answer my call..I was on the line for nearly half an hour then they just cut me off!! .WHAT IS THAT? SCAM IS THE BUSINESS THEY ARE DOING... I AM DOING CHARGE BACK....GUYS ANYONE WHO IS WAITNG FOR YOUR PURCHASE ... PLEASE DO THE CHARGE BACK. THERE IS NO POINT OF WAITNG.

I was waiting 3 weeks for my order but they didn't even dispatch it. I contacted them everyday about my delivery status and they just found excuses. At the end they said it's even not in stock!!! I asked them to cancel the order and eventually they returned my money back in 2 working days. It was just a waste of time...

The reason for Poor ratings is because of the time they take Processing an item compared to other companies. I need a phone on Monday, and I paid for express delivery, Yet it takes them longer than a week to process

10 days order not shipped yet and no reply to email.

Company did not deliver item within time specified, didn't send me any details of delivery, (still not received item) ignored 3 emails inquiring about my item, and hung up on me several times during CS phone enquiries as soon as phone was picked up.

WOW couldn't believe some of the reviews posted on here ,which I read after the fact from ordering from MobiCity "BIG MISTAKE" Well "NO" totally the opposite !!!.
From start to finish its been hassle free with good communication, brilliant tracking of parcel/item with up to date delivery status,and arrived on the date stated, so all in all its been a very good experience ,WELL DONE, and THANK YOU ,for a ****GREAT ITEM**** at a ****GREAT PRICE**** and QUICK DELIVERY. 
Would I buy from again well yes, (I'm already looking at something else) if this kind of service can be repeated.

Goshh! I was waiting 3 weeks for my order to be even dispatched. But such a thing never happened! Eventually they returned my money back, but what a waste of time and peace of mind. I don't know what r they doing with our money for such a long time. It's disturbing. Don't waste your time and nerves.

05.09.17 - Checked with Customer Services via chat that item is in stock
05.09.17 - Placed order and paid the 5 days express delivery fee
11.09.17 - Spoke with CS who said the item is ready for dispatch
15.09.17 - Item still didn't leave warehouse due to technical issues
25.09.17 - Item is not in stock, they will check with warehouse of restocking
05.10.17 - CS cannot reach the warehouse for an update
10.10.17 - "Why don't you cancel the order ? " I was asked by CS ?
10.10.17 - Still no phone

Need I say more ?

Ordered on th e 21st of Sept. Was told item went to delivery department for process. Waited 8 days nothing received by post or an email from the company.
Contacted the company via email on several occasions with nothing back until yesterday where they said they will chase it up.
Being fobbed off on every turn. Asked for a refund and had no reply.
Will wait 2 weeks then initiate chargeback through my bank.
