Very difficult to communicate, I have requested cancellation over two weeks ago,still haven't received the refund.
Sent many emails,rang etc.
Someone called me back last week asking many questions why I want to cancel etc.
Promised the refund and still nothing

Had a table and chairs off these people the workmanship is shocking I would recommend never to spend your money here I have been waiting for someone to get back to me since 19th Nov and nothing at all customer service shocking all they are interested in is your money no help afterwards if you have a problem

Purchased a table, the delivered the wrong chairs, trying to contact them to make them aware was so hard! Finally got in touch to be told the new ones would be delivered the following week when I told them that date was not appropriate with me as nobody would be around I was then told “we’ll it’s your problem now not ours keep the chairs you’ve got” up on opening the box further they was no screws to even assemble anything with. Again trying to get in contact was impossible!!! Reported to trading standards.

I have been waiting for the last months to get my refund for a canceled order. So many emails were sent to their info email and spoken to several different people on phone. All gave the same response - we will process your refund in the next two days but never got it. It is so annoying to keep chasing them. Please avoid buying from them.

Customer service...leaves lot to be desired, unresponsive...Items...as for wardrobes...extremely poor instructions ..nothings labeled & 3 weeks in I'm still struggling to get parts that are missing, Delivery....the courier's first attempt at delivery was only with half of the order.. he left the rest behind...on the second attempt he got quite aggressive with my Mrs when she started checking the packaging for damage ...avoid at all cost...

Looks very stylish. Easy to assemble once you get used to the instructions which are all pictures, so a universal language and good for people who struggle to read.

Good communication great delivery the wardrobes are pretty crap to be fair

Ordered a table and chairs, it turned up the table was glass, we were told it was wood. They sent 6 wrong chairs. Not the ones we ordered.
Promised 30 day money back!
They will not answer the phone to you when you ring! They dont reply to emails!!!
COMPLETE RIP OFF COMPANY PLEASE STAY AWAY!!

Absolutely disgusting service and company. Ordered wardrobe month in advance to guarantee Saturday delivery.
No communication on day and not only did the fail to deliver, they offered to then deliver on another day but stated fitting would not be included, even though my order states fitting included upon delivery. No help or discount offered.

the delivery was very quick the men who delivered were very friendly and the wardrobes were very good value al very exellent

It felt like a scam!!!
I ordered a wardrobe with an agreed amount for the installation services. But once the wardrobe was delivered, they totally changed their tone. They wanted 300% more on the installation charges. I am yet to open the packaging of the wardrobe! Wondering what should I do!
Don't fall into their trap. Zero customer care!

Bought this for my daughters bedroom, fits tv on lovely with my daughters Xbox and switch underneath.
We was tight on space so wanted something to go on the box that goes over the stairs.
Highly recommend.
