Worth waiting for
My order took over a month to arrive, with no communication from MMJDirect. But man oh man, ever worth the wait. I'm blown away by the high quality products!!
I ordered again on their next sale, and I'll wait again I'm sure

3 and a half weeks since order. No response, they removed the disclaimer that they were backed up, raised the minimum order for free shipping and put on two "sales" since my order. Looks like trying to entice people against better judgement and get the most $ they can. I will change my review if the order appears.

Have ordered from them in the past and the service was great if I had any questions they promptly got back to me. Since October of this year I have tried to contact and have not received answers back. Reluctantly put in an order and have not had any indication that items will be sent as it’s been more than a week now. Moneys been deposited and can’t do a damn thing but wait. Very disappointed will not be ordering from them again.

Update: I did end up receiving 3 weeks later but one item was missing .. not sure if it’s worth complaining as they won’t get back to me anyway!!
I understand that they got busy but having no communication is disappointing in this day and age hire more staff for better customer service so you don’t leave customers wondering. Left a bad taste in my mouth..
Not sure yet if I want to go through this again since Funguys don’t charge shipping fees and seems more professional.

I made an order at the end of October and heard nothing for a week. Sent an email, didn't hear back but did get an email later that day saying it had been sent.

I got the order a few days later, Daily 25mg THC tablets. I took one that night, no affect. Tried the next night, same response. Third night and a bit of a buzz but had to take 2 the next night to get any affect. I had some older capsules that I used before this last order. The pattern was similar. I thought they may have gone bad, if that's possible. Although some did really work, so it's not like I'm used to the dose and need stronger. I wrote them about this a few days ago, no response.

I've used this company for a number of years and they were quick to respond. I don't know if they were sold but reading the reviews here seem to indicate a complete shift from being client centered. I can not recommend this company to anyone at this time.

I made a review before. But there has been an update. They must have been overwhelmed by their sale. Cause it took about 3 weeks and fianly have my order. They did not respond to any emails but did send everything I ordered.

Have had great experiences in the past but now 4 weeks no response to emails, took my money and no product!!!!!!!

I finally got my order. It took over a month. I guess be patient people.

I’ve made an order a month ago spending $518 and wrote multiple emails and never got back to me!!! So be made orders and wrote on the notes part and now my account is pending and no parcel!!! Please fiqure this out cause I’m out over $500 now!!!

I have been ordering from this site for awhile and have had no issues until now. It's been almost a month and I still haven't received my order. I've emailed multiple times concerning the issue and they won't even reply. I'll change this review if the situation gets resolved but for now this is a warning to buyers. Update: my order has shipped. Took a little over a month but at least it's finally on its way. Another update.....they sent me a tracking number for an order I already had delivered. I give up on this site. Over a month now and not a reply to my emails. 1 star is too generous but it's the lowest I can give

Edit: DO NOT give any money to MMJdirect, my second order worth $200 was never sent and after 6 weeks and 10+ emails of radio silence I give up on the order. DO NOT believe the two positive reviews, they are without a doubt a part of the scam. DO NOT send MMJDIRECT your money or you will lose it. Hopefully these people face harsh consequences for their actions, I will be pursuing legal action against them.

This used to be a trustworthy site but something happened since September 2023 and they just take your money and send nothing out. Kicker is they responded in 4 hours after me emailing them about sale compensation getting me to place a second order. Its been over three weeks of radio silence now after spending $500+. AVOID THIS SITE

Well after 22 days I finally got an email saying order has been shipped. Will see if that holds true?

Edit : after exactly 4 weeks of not answering any emails, and really polite email( except the last one )😉 They finally send a tracking number.

Did they sprayed some bad shhit on the weed to kill everyone? 😅 hehe i hope not and i hope everything is there!

Ordered on oct 19/23 rec,d confirmation of order under #167740. Typically this type of company ships in 36 hours max 48. They send email advising shipped and tracking #. Nothing after 72 hours, sent polite email asking for ship date, sent again, and again 3days in a row No Response. Noticed on TrustPilot other reviews same results from Oct 4/5. Obviously it is deliberate action of money scam or product theft. Regardless company is 100% untrustworthy. Customers from Oct 4/5 can get no response for weeks I send them money Oct 19 and get immediate response and then nothing.

This company is exit scamming or something. I placed an order a MONTH ago and they haven't updated me or responded to any of my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES.

UPDATE: got an order update package is shipped arrives tomorrow. I freaked out after reading these reviews, but i think MMJ really was just behind or maybe one of the products in my order was delayed. still not sure the reason.

Early Oct MMJ had a sale way bigger than usual. I ordered, its been over 2 weeks. First they replied to email saying orders are delayed due to busy. Now they have stopped replying to email for over a week. this company used to be reliable with good product and service. i feel they decided to shut down and take money from all the good will customers please avoid almost 100% sure they are a scam now.

Ordered Oct 3rd and 17 days later the order still says processing. No response to emails. Do not order, scam business!

Not quite sure what to think but they did ship the order although it took three weeks without a response. You should all receive your orders shortly.
If you don't:
HUGE SCAM! They will take your etransfer and you will receive nothing. They will not respond to your emails.
Get the Vancouver police involved, RCMP. File a police report with your local police and they will contact the BC police department.
The authorities do not care that you are a cannabis user or that you purchased from a non regulated seller. They want to shut down the fraudulent provider.
Wire fraud! Theft. Serious crimes.
