Ordered $150 worth of stuff 4 months ago, got a confirmation of payment as well however still waiting for what I paid for. Emailed them a dozen times and no response not a single response back

Scammed me out of almost $500. Should’ve learned from the last order when they sent me shipping details of something ordered several months prior. Customer service is non existent. Will be posting about this scam on all weed blogs! Contacted others on discord to find out that MMJ Direct are a bunch of thieves!

MMJdirect.co or MMJdirect.club are both scams. Do not send them money.

This company Ripped me off! Do not order from them!!!! Absolutely no customer service whatsoever!! Put my order in sent them the money got an email stating my order was canceled!! I have reached out via email on multiple occasions and heard nothing!! Looks like I’m out all the money I sent them!!! And to top it all off, they keep Spamming me with emails asking me to order more… Unbelievable! F this company!!!

Absolute garbage company with no customer service or support. Will take your money but good luck on receiving product or an email, good luck on even the right tracking..Never order from these thieves..you've been warned

I orders on nov 3rd my order still says processing but it’s been a week now they took my money and never sent my order they won’t reply to my emails. Before this I’ve made 5 orders in the past and everyone was perfect gpod product good prices and now they use that to gain ur trust and then u over I’ll make sure on every platform that they r known to rob ppl there’s gotta be sumthing we can do the other site says they ain’t involved but it’s bullshot they got two site one they sell everything illegal by email no taxes r being paid and they won’t let u mention weed they r just another dope dealer there official site it’s just a tax right off to cover there ass that’s why prices r way higher they don’t want ppl ordering from the legal site cuz they gotta pay taxes on what they sell so they sell all there bulk on the direct .co illegally then there regular site the money the make they don’t have to report this is not just a dispensary it’s a scam fro the start. Fraud is fraud they can’t just rob ppls np why when they got a company name Iam gonna make sure use whatever form of payback for them robbing me

I did received my order. After 2 weeks. The canada post tracking numbers was wrong. They never replied to my messages. Everyone warn me about this website so I was sure I got scammed. The products I received seems fine. Don't know anymore if I should trust this website

Do not order from MMJdirect.CO!!! This isnt a legit site. MMJdirect.CLUB is their legit site which I order from all the time. I placed an $95 order by accident on the MMJdirect.co scam site, which they cancelled and then refused to refund me my money back through email money transfer, like I paid. I was promised a $95 credit to my account almost 5 days ago and have heard nothing since. They cancelled my order and stole my money!!! Contacted my bank and reported their email address for fraud.

Really hoping someone has and answer?? I’ve always order from mmjdirect.co.? On this site I can log in and see all my reward points and old order history. Now getting emails from mmjdirect.club? Telling me other site is a scam. But at .club site I can not sign up or log in? So not sure who to believe. Emailed both help and haven’t heard anything? Not good got email back from .club sounds like they are one to use but still can’t register?

Ordered from them the other day and canceled my order because of the bad reviews online. I used them In the past and never had an issue with them. Got a email the next day and explained why I canceled my order and the guy told be people have left bad reviews online and they lead them to a different website and scammed them but as long as you use mmjdirect.co you will be safe.
They guy sent out the order anyways out of good faith and I couldn’t be more the happy with them I will be coming back in the future

Ordered on March 16th, received on April 6th. Didn't receive a response when I inquired by email. 1 item was replaced due to unavailability, and free THC samples were thrown in the mix which i'm fine with.

First order went fine. Second order many issues. I ordered 5 bottles of daily dose 1800 thc/cbd oil.They sent me 1 bottle of the 1800 thc/cbd and a bottle of 1200 thc and a bottle of 2500 cbd. With a note inside to mix them together myself. I just recently placed another order for 3 bottles of the 1800 thc/cbdwith the points that was accumulated. That was 3 weeks ago and no response from them. I would advise people to stay away from this site. They are totally a scam and should be shut down. Never order here again. Scam alert!!

I read one of the reviews on here today and did what they said they did. I contacted mmjdirect.club and copied my order and points and sent to them. They have my points all reinstated and explained that a disgruntled employee had been deceiving customers. I am grateful for the review of the person who explained what to do. Filed a complaint with BBB of Canada to which MMJ did not or would not respond.This company stiffed me for over $200 dollars.They shorted my first order then when given the chance to rectify they then took my money and never shipped order.Beware this is the worst online shop I have ever done business with.Wish I could give a negative star just beware of MMJ Direct
