Order Dec 18 money accepted immediately. January 20th still “Processing”…

I made an initial purchase from this online dispensary on January 16, 2024. They accepted my $$ immediately and haven't heard from them since. As this was my initial experience, am totally dismayed with the outcome. We deserve BETTER!

Looks like I came to this site too late to read before I sent them $600+. I had ordered from them previously and had great service, so didn't think twice about placing another order...but, it looks like I got scammed just like many other people. I will gladly change my review if they respond to my many emails and send out the products that I paid hard earned money for. So disappointed! 😞

**Edit** I got a hold of the folks at the new site and they quickly credited my account with points for the amount that I was out of pocket. They also credited my account with the points that I lost from the old site. I placed another order and it was shipped out the next day and was track-able via Canada Post. I am a fan once again of MMJ Direct (.club). I am relieved and happy with the reparations made.

Company has been ripped off and site is hijacked. Do not send any money!!!

It seems like I’m another on a list! Ordered a month ago no updates, order says processing I wrote 3-4 emails requesting updates with no response whatsoever. This place is stealing money plain and simple. 0 star but won’t let me.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Avoid the disappointment. Products out of stock, wrong items shipped, delays on shipping, incompetence on all levels. Absolute worst experience

We've been loyal customers for the past four years and have consistently enjoyed excellent service. However, our most recent experience in October left us a bit concerned. Our order took an unexpectedly long time to arrive, and despite multiple email inquiries, we received no response. It wasn't until today, December 4th, that we finally received our order.

While we're relieved that we weren't scammed, this unusual delay has raised some questions about what might have transpired. We hope this was just an isolated incident and that future orders will be back to the usual seamless service we've come to expect.

Hello. I placed My order on October 31st and it has been shipped today Thursday, November 30th. I also received a separate email from MMJ today apologizing for the long wait and that they are now MMJdirect.club not MMJdirect.co anymore. I hope everyone's orders are shipped out soon. A quick update/edit it is now Monday, December 4th and my package from MMJdirect.club is now out for delivery. Thank You.

It seems I am another sucker who has most likely been scammed by this "company". After reading all the recent reviews from end of October onwards, we are all in the same boat. Orders not being shipped, and zero returned correspondence regarding it. So over 200$ of mine has been accepted , but nothing. Very dissapointed. I will change this review if anything shows up.

Same here. 48 hours after posting payment and no response. Scary. They had been good for 8 months and now they don't respond to emails about payment.

Like always they don’t disappoint here, even maybe after being 1 month late for my orders, got everything plus extra goodies for the trouble..!

Same as others: my funds took 15 minutes to be accepted but then no news at all. I wrote to MMJ, no response...They keep sending us their promotional emails everyday though haha! Really too bad, I was referred to them by a friend but after this first and pretty deceiving experience, I won't order again or recommend to anyone.

October 25,paid $240,and asked for tracking number NO RESPONSE, November 23, asked Where's my order NO RESPONSE, I am a cancer patient and reley on High Dose Gummies to help with the PAIN and NEAUSA, these PARASITES do NOT care about the PAIN AND ANGUISH they CAUSE OTHERS !

Just a update. Still haven't been contacted by mm direct in the last 2 days.

Its to bad that "sometime" it goes wrong or at least slow. I enjoyed there sale and took advantage of the low prices, was scared but have faith.

After ordering from monthly since 2017, I've racked up into noteworthy figures worth of purchasing with these guys only to get ghosted in early November with a wholesale sized order (during a "redflag" 60% off sale) no response to any of my cordial emails or inquiries as to what exactly is going on as they took my funds and canceled my order as well wiped over 6,000 direct points I will not be using these guys ever again.

Seems like the company was sold or someone else is in the driver seat as I've noticed different wording used on the website than I've seen over the last, as I said, five to six years that I've been dealing with these guys... really unfortunate, they had a good thing going and as other posters have said, I've pumped more money into the green market than I would like to admit as I wait for these issues to be resolved.

Chalking it up to a loss.

I've been using MMJ for many years. Made 2 orders over their big 50% off then 60% off sale. Second showed up with awesome product as usual! First one has yet to be shipped. Ordered Oct 9th, 2023 :( Not responding to my inquiry about my order.

I'll update when received but I saw they're advertising another big sale???? Not good guys.

Like most others I have been ghosted by the company who now has several hundred in undeserved funds thanks to me. Not ever expecting the products. But they keep emailing me their on sale products. Deserves to be shut down; provide refunds/products or close. Right now it's a licence to steal. EDIT: I received my order, seems like they are trying to restore their reputation. As a result I'm revaluing up from 1 star to 3 stars. Glad to have received my products
