The mail during the process were helpful, the packaging is really nice + handwritten letter too, the ink bottle has no scratches it's really good packaging.

Great service
The delivery was very fast and the packaging was really nice, but what made me want to write a review was the handwritten personal thank you card. The card was selective to the specific product I purchased so it couldn't have been mass produced. Great to see a company that's so happy to provide it's services.

my favourite stationary store in the whole world :) i visit when i can since i don’t live in Amsterdam. the atmosphere in the store is great—nice set up with everything laid out on the shelves for the customers to see and try. the employees are very kind and always helpful too! for the online store, the delivery is super fast, items come carefully packaged, and you’ll always find a little cute note with your order 📝 all in all, Misc is amazing!

My favorite stationery store
When I was on vacation in Amsterdam, I visited the store two or three times. All the employees are friendly and helpful. There is a great selection of different products.

My beautiful Midori calender…
My beautiful Midori calender arrived really quickly and in perfect shape. Before purchasing, I had a small question which was answered almost immediately (despite being on a weekend). Apart from having a well curated range of products which are otherwise quite hard to get hold of in Europe, the all round buying experience is friendly, efficient and transparent.
