The mail during the process were helpful, the packaging is really nice + handwritten letter too, the ink bottle has no scratches it's really good packaging.

Great experience as always!
As usual the delivery time was super quick and the order beautifully packed and safely tucked into the package (which is a plus for me, since some stationary stores don't mind as much as the paper goods may be damaged during transport). Though I'd love to get a little goodie with the order (like a sticker or other samples) since most stores do and it's always the best part of buying new stationery – but that's just a thought, happy with misc store nonetheless. :)

Misc is by far my favourite store
Misc is by far my favourite stationery store in Amsterdam. The assortment is great, service amazing, store design lovely. Also ordering from the webshop is very smooth (because I live close by, I like to pick it up on store). Just perfect.

Bestelde een boek die nergens meer te krijgen was. Door Engelse website, en ook feit dat er 5 uit 5 sterren op trustpilot gegeven werd, werd ik eigenlijk achterdochtig. Vervolgens perfecte service, bezorging via fedex, heel lief persoonlijk kaartje en boek heel mooi verpakt (hoef eigenlijk niet meer in te pakken). Ik snap de 5 sterren gemiddeld nu.

Right information and good delivery
The product foto's and information were very clear, so I had al the information that I needed.
Furthermore, the delivery was very quick and well performed. The only thing for the Netherlands, it would maybe be a good idea to give the option which shipping provider to chose, and to be able to choose a package point. Because with some shipping providers, it's a hit or miss depending on where exactly you live.
But I am glad it went so well!
