I even requested a color change after placing the order, and she kindly approved it as a goodwill gesture.
The product quality is excellent, and the price is very reasonable. I definitely recommend them!

Great service, the team went above and beyond for me as I needed a pair of lace up gloves for a fight on Saturday evening. The guys sent them out to the Waterloo store for me to collect the next morning.

Wanted to start boxing at the beginning of the year, so got all my kit from here.

Gloves, boots, headguard, wraps and mouthguard. Delivery came on time. No issues.

Got clear advice and options from Jevi on the phone line which made my decisions easier!

Truly terrible service. Communications very poor. I ordered gloves on 19 December for a Christmas present- on 9th January I still have not received my order. No one answers the phone. Item says it has been shipped but Royal Mail says it has yet to receive the gloves from the store. Avoid using at all cost there are many other much better stores out there

Do not order from this company as unreliable. Ordered 9 th December meant to be 3 days till delivery , this is now7 th January and nothing They then promised a freebie as apology y I requested a refund which I got with this excuse. That they couldn’t supply the free gift but basically they did not have the jacket I ordered.

Ordered a Fairtex bag and MMA gloves for our son on Dec 10th, after many email and failed replies we finally received a package on 23rd Dec. However, only the bag was in the package. We have now had to explain to our son that he isn’t getting the gift. Initially the store apologised but haven’t replied since! I have them the opportunity to send and have had to resort to claiming the cost back from our card. Would not buy again! BAD SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH!

ordered on the 18th dec 2/3 day delivery. gloves arrived on 7th jan. phone lines off due to christmas rush, it was arfter the 3rd email i got a responce. promissed a delivery the next day with a delivery no, well that didnt turn up 4 days later i got another deliveryno for a 48 hour delivery. this come today direct from rival. so dont waste your time with this company. clearly do not stock the gloves and cannot deliver the service advertised

I ordered a pair of gloves and paid extra for next‑day delivery. I received an email saying the item had been dispatched, but that was four days ago, and the tracking still shows that Royal Mail hasn’t even received the parcel. When I called to chase it, I was told it had been sent and that it was “probably Royal Mail’s fault as they’re normally slow this year.”
That excuse doesn’t make sense — I’ve had several other Royal Mail deliveries arrive on time since placing this order. If I pay for a premium delivery service, I expect to receive it.
After checking other reviews, it seems this isn’t a one‑off issue. If I don’t receive my order in the next day or two, I’ll have no choice but to raise a PayPal dispute, which is something I’ve never had to do before.
Unfortunately, this will be the last time I use this company.

I ordered some boxing gloves for my husband on 13th December and they called me to say they didn't have them in stock and would refund me the £70 in 5 working days. That was nearly 4 weeks ago now. I have filled in forms and emailed and got no response. I have called and no one answers the phone, nor can I leave a message. And i have even had to raise a Paypal dispute for the first time in my life. This is not acceptable, especially at this time of year. My last resort it to leave a bad review, something I really don't like doing, as a last attempt for someone to actually contact me!!

Edit: I have now received my refund but I had to kick up such a big fuss and call up more than once. I see the refund just hit, finally after nearly a month, but I haven't even had a courtesy email telling me about it or an apology or anything. I don't like leaving a bad review, especially for small companies, so I do want to add that I have no idea about the items that they sell. They might be fine but the customer service really does need improving. They stated they closed for 2 weeks after Christmas. Just having an out of office on the email, or a recorded message on the phone response would help. People don't mind waiting as long as we know what's going on.

Absolutely solid fight store. The staff actually know what they’re talking about and don’t try to upsell you stuff you don’t need. Quality gear, fair prices, and a proper fight-gym vibe. I’ve been a few times now and it’s always a good experience — whether you’re just starting out or already training seriously. Definitely recommend Minatour if you’re into combat sports.

Ordered two T-shirts on 17 December with a stated delivery time of 2–3 working days. It is now 31 December and the order has still not arrived. I have sent multiple emails and received no response. I also tried calling, but the phone goes straight to voicemail advising they have turned the phone off to work through a backlog of orders. Complete lack of communication and extremely poor customer service. Avoid.

Highly recommend 👌 needed these gloves for my son for Christmas 🎄 as soon as I emailed the company there response was very fast.
My son recived his gloves as promised before Christmas 🎄 i will be ordering more items in the future.

Absolutely useless.
Ordered a shirt for my son for Christmas on the 6th December and here we are on the24th and no shirt!
Very quick to take payment though.
On receipt of the order it states 2-3 days delivery and that I would receive a shipping confirmation email , which I still haven’t got.
Luckily I bought via PayPal and got an instant refund,
My son will be very disappointed so I hope this shambolic company are happy with themselves.
My advise is to steer well clear of them as there are many reputable companies out there.

On 3rd December 2025 ordered various boxing equipment items for my little boy for a Christmas present, items he really really wanted. Dispatch time stated 2-3 days. By 16th December as I had still not received the items I emailed customer service (I had to email as I tried to call customer service but they had stopped taking customer enquiries so I didn't have that option). I asked if they could confirm the items would be received before Christmas as they were a present for my little boy

I received an email back the next day advising they would be sent out and I should receive them early the following week (with one of the items delayed until the New Uear)

It's Christmas Eve, I have not received any of the items nor any contact from customer service. This is appalling, I will have one very disappointed little boy on Christmas day, he'd asked for these items on his letter yo father Christmas. If they would have been truthful and told me the items would not be received in time for Christmas I could have cancelled the order and ordered from somewhere else.

Having read some posts on social media platforms it looks like they have done this to other people. Shame on you Minotaur Fight Store

My item has not been received. I have sent multiple emails complaining and asking when the gloves will be turning up and had no response what’s so ever. I also cannot call them due to the Christmas rush so will now have to sort a refund out through my bank as there is no way of contacting them.
