FRAUD BEWARE. This is a fraudulent company. After paying for the item, which states a delivery time of 2-3 business days, I have still not received my item after 8 business days. The company won’t respond to emails, and after phoning them, have said that the item must be lost in the post. Royal Mail NEVER received the package.

Really badly run shop, didn’t receive any shipping information for 3 working days so I had to contact them to be told order has all gone through no problems then waited another 3 working days and still no email, so I contacted and then to be told order is not in stock, why can’t they update there website to say it’s out of stock or contact me or refund me, trying to just take peoples money when have no stock to give, says phone lines open 10-6 didn’t get a answer till 11:10 then they tell me they don’t open till 11 now, website and phone lines need updating to the correct time and if the stock isn’t available mark it out of stock on the website, first time using this site and will certainly be the last, waiting for refund to Be processed

I made the mistake ordering from this store. I ordered a fairtex bag and gloves for my son for Christmas. They sent the bag but no gloves. I tried to contact them but no response. They finally replied to a Facebook message and said they would send them, no apology. Still not received. Went through bank to claim money back and they told them they were sent. Absolute joke, do not buy from this store. Look at all the other negative reviews. I wish I had, never again.

The block plane as no replacement blades. It looks like a buy it once throw it when you have done setup. Really angry tried different similarly sized blades and the didnt work. Are they Chinese?

Well looked after both online and in store. The staff were knowledgeable and quick to respond to my enquires.

I ordered gloves on 19/12/25 for my son's birthday on 02/01/26, I'm still waiting for delivery despite repeated emails and telephone calls. The staff appear to understand the issue but lie, advising that the item is in stock and that the warehouse will dispatch the item immediately. I am £70 down, extremely disappointed with Minotaur fight store and will never use them again.

The gloves finally turned up.

My partner ordered a rash guard in December and still hasn't received it. Same story as the countless other reviews below, luckily I reported it the bank and they are investigating and ill be taking it further. You don't just take people's money and then not send the item, it's stealing.

Great and friendly service, very helpful would definitely shop here for my equipment in the future.
