My experience with placing an order was outstanding. They shipped fast, and it was delivered today. The company provided tracking information as soon as the label was printed. I don't want to reveal which cologne I ordered, as I don't want to be placed on a waiting list for it in the future. It smells very masculine and fatherly.
The magnetic cap is weak and falls of the bottle very dissapointed.
Gestern hatte ich einen schlechten Start in den Tag. Doch dieser wurde mir durch Mind Games versüßt. :)
Doch der Reihe nach:
Bereits vor einer Woche, hatte ich das Premium Discovery Set bestellt. Ich besitze bereits drei Düften von Mind Games, welche allesamt klasse sind. Nun wollte ich mich gerne durch das gesamte Sortiment schnüffeln.
Der Versand ging sehr zügig. Leider via DPD. Die sind an meinem Standort sehr schlecht und haben im vergangenen Jahr u.a. drei Pakete komplett verbummelt. Die Nachforschungsaufträge waren sehr zäh, da DPD darauf beharrt, dass ihr Zulieferer es am gewünschten Ablageort hinterlegt hätte. Obwohl ich nachweislich mehrere Lieferungen fotografiert habe, welche bei den Nachbarhäusern im Garten, der Hofeinfahrt oder gar 2 Straßen weiter abgelegt wurden. Immer mit dem Vermerk im DPD System "Am gewünschten Ablageort hinterlegt"!
Nun ja, daher hatte ich diesmal einen Pick-Up-Shop im DPD System zur Zustellung ausgewählt.
Eine ganze Woche lang stand nun bei meiner Bestellung "Im Zustellzentrum angekommen. Innerhalb von 1-2 Tagen bei Ihnen." Gestern rief ich dann die DPD Hotline an. Es gäbe Unstimmigkeiten mit meiner Lieferadresse!? Wie das? Ich habe doch einen Shop von Ihnen ausgewählt. Nee, das geht gar nicht. Das Paket kann nur an Ihre Adresse zugestellt werden. Gute Frau, ich habe die Bestätigung per Email und sehe es gerade auf meinem Display. Da steht Paketshop XY. Nee, das kann gar nicht sein...
DPD gab an, dass man mir das Paket im Verlaufe des Montags zustellen würde. Könnte aber auch Dienstag werden. Da ich für einen Paketempfang nicht 1-2 Tage freihnehmen und Zuhause warten wollte, bitte man mir an, das Paket an einem Ablageort meiner Wahl abzulegen. ;)
Nein, danke! Paket storniert und zurück damit. Gleichzeitig Mind Games angerufen. Niemanden erreicht. Also angefangen, eine Email zu schreiben. Noch währenddessen bekam ich einen Anruf und es war eine Dame von MG dran. :) Dieser die Situation erzählt und sie konnte in ihrem System ebenfalls sehen, dass ich eine Umleitung zu einem Pick-Up-Shop veranlasst hatte.
Netterweise hat sie sofort eine Ersatzlieferung veranlasst. Diese wurde HEUTE schon von DHL an meinen örtlichen Pick-Up-Shop zugestellt. Gerade abgeholt und ich werde über das Wochenende alle 28 Duftproben durchprobieren.
Ganz liebes Dankeschön an den Service von Mind Games. Ihr habt einen Stammkunden mehr gewonnen. Und als jemand mit aktuell knapp 300 Voll-Flakons in der Sammlung, sicherlich nicht der schlechteste Fang. Nächste Bestellung geht raus, sobald ich die Proben durch habe!
I bought a sample set and used the discount code to order the full sized bottle I wanted, but ran into a problem with shipping. The company was kind enough to refund me for shipping and even threw in some bonus samples. They were extremely polite and quick to respond over email and so fast and willing to help me. Overall I'm very impressed with not just their fragrances, but their customer service. Will definitely buy another one of my favourites when I am comfortable dropping more money!
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I purchased a discovery set and had problems with two of the fragrances not working. I called, left voicemails, left a text number to reply when the voicemail was FULL, I put through a request on the website. FINALLY got a response with an excuse about not getting the voicemail and was ghosted AGAIN! For being “luxury” their customer service is gutter worthy. Would never recommend this company to anyone-I would be ashamed to say I was employed there. The date of my “experience” was a range over several weeks-do not count on them getting back to you if you’re looking for an expedited response.
I’m making an edit. Today the fragrance was shipped so I’m looking forward to receiving. I have only one point that I feel could be improved on. The customer service is very slow for a high end brand.
Anyway looking forward to receiving

Hello - We are very sorry for this negative experience, as we pride ourselves on our customer service and follow-up.
This order was placed on Saturday, 9/13. We are not open on weekends, as stated on our website.
We did not receive any message on social media and we did not receive an email about this order until Monday, 9/15, after working hours. Our customer service team researched the issue and informed the customer that our policy is to ship within 2 business days, and as the order shipped on Tuesday 9/16, it was shipped within the acceptable window (this is also stated on our website).
If we had received a message via social media, we would have responded immediately.
Again, we pride ourselves on good customer experience, and this could have been resolved very easily by ensuring that our warehouse hours and shipping policy were understood.
Amazing experience package arrived 2 days after I ordered and customer service resolved an issue surrounding my order placement super quick, thank you so much will definitely be ordering from them again in the future <3
