Terribly Disappointed

I have been unsuccessful with registering my account, despite several emails and picture uploads (error report) as requested.
I received my peptides, and don't know how long they were in the mailbox, because I was unable to track it, and didn't receive a notification that it was delivered.
The peptides did not come with instructions or dosage suggestion.
I want to like this product and company, but it has been really tough.

📦 Shipping & Tracking: Your order was placed on Wednesday, June 26th and mailed out that same day — shipping confirmation emails are sent automatically, just like your order confirmation. These can sometimes slip into spam or junk folders, so that's always the first place we recommend checking (as noted in our FAQ)! Your order arrived July 1st via our free USPS shipping — just 3 business days after ordering, which is well within the 2–5 business day window outlined in our FAQ. If you'd ever like faster delivery, please reach out to us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate an expedited option. 📬

🔐 Account Access: We take any login difficulties seriously and immediately brought our developer in to look into it. So far no other customers have reported a similar issue, but we want to be absolutely sure before closing it out — we appreciate your patience while we work through this.
