Thankful for Mindful Souls
Mindful Souls stand by their products and care about the people who buy from them. Recently, I lost a gift box because a 12-year-old boy came while I was working and destroyed my boxes from Amazon and took the monthly subscription box and a pair of shoes. This was pretty upsetting, but I will say that I was treated kindly by Mindful Souls. The products have very nice energy and I will continue to buy from them.

They are just awesome..I ordered a kit and it was missing a few items and they are sending me a whole new kit..I was so in shock at the gerositty they actually care..And the mindful soul box came with gorgeous crystals and I received the oils for free with that order..The talisman I ordered is just exquisite!!! Amazing Customer Service
I purchased a Tarot Deck and was having trouble reading the booklet that came with it because my eyesite is not the best with smaller print. They were able to send me a PDF of the booklet so I could read it on my computer in the larger print. I have always loved the items I purchase from Mindful Souls and when it comes to crystals I can say I have 100% trust in the quality of the crystals I purchase. They are beautiful.

For real Customer Service!
Besides being the most-fun-ever monthly box, Mindful Souls customer service is truly exceptional. I messed up an order and contacted them for help. The responses were almost immediate, and they were understanding, kind, and very helpful. My issue was fixed with no fuss, delays, or nonsense. Customer service hasn't gone extinct... it just lives at Mindful Souls. Highly recommend!

Despite cancelling a subscription over a year ago! Out of the blue they are sending me a box and have charged me for it! I don’t want it and no response except it will be looked into! Be careful of the scam that when you cancel they can automatically start it up again without checking with you

Wonderful Store
I finds Mindful Souls to be very educational and know that anyone who takes the time to look through their inventory will feel the same. The have a good variety of crystals, stones, rocks and jewelry to choose from. The reference guides, pamphlets and videos serve as a perfect source of information for the items you buy. Amended to 4 stars as they have replaced missing items :)
It's generally nice stock but there are often items missing. I have had three experiences of this, and now a fourth! I ordered the Full Experience box and only 10 items out of what should have been 12 arrived. Not very reliable in that way. Icelanding spar stone also missing from my most recent subscription box and sometimes the wrong item included.

Be careful as they will resubscribe you and take your money even after you cancel
I have cancelled my subscription with these guys 3 times now. They keep reactivating my account and trying to take payment. Luckily I cancelled this at source of payment so they have been unable to get cash but its scary how many people they have done this to and refused to give money back. Also concerning why they have people's payment details still on record despite being asked to delete them.
Its getting frustrating now im having to repeat the back and forth via email with thenlm and to go back in and cancel every couple of months.
The boxes were okay but not worth all this hassle afterwards wish I didn't bother at all with the company.

Great products and customer service
I have a monthly subscription to the mindful boxes. The products are always of a very high quality. On the one occasion I received an item that wasn’t up to my expectations, the customer service team were very understanding and helpful in addressing the issue quickly by offering me a replacement or a discount on my next boxes. I would highly recommend Mindful Souls!

I always look forward to my Mindful Souls package, it’s exciting to know it’s going to be filled with a surprise, and things that I’ll enjoy. Besides the subscription box, I’ve ordered a few pieces of jewelry, and loved them. I’ll also add, that I’ve had to contact customer service a couple of times, and both times they were excellent, they fixed the issue immediately and we’re super caring about the matter. I recommend this company and their products to anyone that likes crystals, or meditation type items.

Ordered a humidifier lamp
Ordered a humidifier lamp, lamp came with a light not working. They will not replace it and only want to refund me 40% of what I paid. Been emailing them and they quit responding. I sent them videos to prove it is not working right. They want me to be satisfied with a defective item.

Terrible service! The monthly subscription box is definitely not worth the cost. You will get DAILY marketing emails and cancelling your subscription is very difficult! STAY AWAY!!!!
