MIDLAND WAS THE WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE!!!

LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES!!!! MIDLAND WAS THE WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE!!!

Hindsight is 20-20, but I see now how Midland works. The sales staff, I call the "smoozers", are very good, they will suck you in. But once the move starts everything is contracted to far less than competent people. The movers that came were fighting and the lead mover call the police on one of his guys, five police cars outside my building. But that's a whole other saga. After they drove off I said "God knows if I'll ever see my stuff again" and its turning out to be true. They bumped up my moving cost from $3800 to $5700, claiming it needed more cubic footage though it was the same inventory as when I first spoke with the "smoozer". They picked up on my Seattle to Miami move on Aug 16 it is now September 23. Midland people are beyond "indifferent" to my phone calls and trying to find out some information.

At the end of the day, this is all on me, because I should have vetted the company better, and I had the opportunity to cancel the move and send them home and move via Pods Moving and Storage.

My advice to people moving is:

1. Go with a company that will do a video inventory of all you belongings and a finalized and agreed upon charge for a specific cubic footage of property that can't be changed As sure as I'm sitting here, Midland movers will come and almost double your price when they get to your home.

2. Don't do business with a company like Midland who will give you a 3-4 day window of when they will pick up your property (as opposed to an exact date), because they are simply having contracted, sub-par workers come pick up whenever they get there. In my situation, I couldn't even reserve the elevator because I had no idea when they would get there.

3. Read the 1 star reviews, not the 5 star reviews. These 1-Star people are not joking and are not lying. I work in Information technology, and I'm certain the 5-Star reviews are fake.

4. Understand that once they get your belongings, they don't get shipped straight to you, they get taken to a warehouse and will just sit there until a contractor for your destination picks them up and delivers, seems like that contractor will pick them up whenever they feel like it, I get the impression many sub-par contracting firms pick up stuff from warehouse and deliver when and how it works for them. So there is not a definite time, coordination or anything, about who will deliver to you. At this point, it is a 3rd party company that "might" deliver when they can get to it, and Midland doesn't care at this point, they got their money. I don't think, once your property gets to storage, Midland even knows where your stuff is, nor do they care.

5. There will be no definite delivery date. They will fool you by saying your, "first available date" for you will assume that is the delivery date, but there is no way to know when the exact date of delivery will be, because there is no exact date, and by this time, Midland could care less. I'm living through this myself because after 1.5 months, still no word on my belongings.

5. Expect them to rifle through you boxes and take what they want. That hasn't happened to me, because I haven't got my stuff yet, but dozens upon dozens say it happened to them. I have a list of all my items, and if many things are broken on missing, I'm putting a stop payment on that final installment check, as God is my witness.

6. The first person you talk to, is SKILLED and sucking you in and thinking this is the greatest moving company in the world. I by nature don't trust people like that, but I still "got got" as they say.

7. I think the reason Midland jacks up the price, almost doubling it, upon pickup is they wanna get all the initial money the planned to get. After that, you're on your own. They could care less at that point if you get your belongings or not.

8. I've actually never encountered a phone staff who was so blatantly disrespectful and rude. Incomprehensible how a company allows its customer service to act like that. I know we live in a cruel world, but I still can't comprehend how human beings act like this.

9. If you can, which I should have did, go with a company called Pods Moving and Storage. You can load your own stuff, if that is feasible for you, they come on a specific date so you can reserve your apartment elevator. That might not work for everybody, but that was my backup and I didn't take it, which I'm still regretting.

10. If moving, don't try to choose a company at the last minute, do your homework, but even that's kinda hard because of all the fake reviews and such. Word of mouth referrals to a good company is best.

11. Midland is a SCAM, I'm telling you, if you work with this company and it is a seamless and perfect move, then I congratulate you, but I'm betting your experience will mimic mine and the other 1 star reviews.

....good luck!!!!

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.
I write this review with a broken heart, disappointed, angry and appalled as the services I paid close to $10k was done with no regard for the well being of my items, I have never experienced a move so horrible. Many of my items were broken, A valuable painting gifted to me is missing along with several dresses (and a Moshions sweatshirt) made of african garms, my $3k beige couch is soiled, the floors and hardwood steps in my newly built home are deeply scratched, some of my tote bags have been damaged by water, and to make matters worse, I had to deal with an unprofessional moving company that gave me less than 24 hours notice regarding when she would be delivering my items. I also had to witness the lead mover argue with her team about payment and furniture assembly responsibilities.

I filed an insurance claim as instructed and they had the audacity to offer me $75 for:

A Broken Coffee table
Broken bookshelves (2)
Broken File cabinet
Broken Massage chair
Soiled Sofa
Broken Lamps (2)
Missing Box of african dresses and Moshions sweatshirt
Missing Nelson Makamo Art piece

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

If I could give 0 stars I would.

I moved from Idaho to Tennessee on August 12th. Same day Midland Van Lines (mind you one of the top-rated moving companies in the country) picked up my things. It's currently day 34, 21 business days, and my things are in an undisclosed location in the United States.

Over the past 10 days, we have talked to 9 people including 2 supervisors who can not give us an answer. All 9 of them promised a return call and not one of them called us. I am on day 34 in an otherwise empty apartment except for my air mattress and laptop.

ATTENTION PARENTS!! If you are sending your child across the country, do not hire this company. Rent a U-Haul, or put your things in a Radio Flyer and pull them it will be faster.

We’re on day 35. My things have been sitting in a storage unit in UTAH since August 12th. Mind you this is 3 hours away from my hometown. They also don't have a driver scheduled to deliver my things and they never have.

Everything went wrong

Everything went wrong. It was a shakedown from the salesperson to the cancelled delivery. I was quoted a fee of $2500 on May 15, 2025 to send some furniture in addition to my baby grand piano. When the truck showed up 2 days late, they said they need to get a different truck. From Sacramento. I live on the coast. They then inform after loading up my furniture, that an additional $3500 is needed. At this point, what can I do. I write the check. They promised that it would be no more than 2-3 weeks.
After 2 1/2 weeks pass, I left several voicemails before someone from Midland got back to me, and assured me that the shipment would be done asap.
Another 2 weeks pass, and nothing from Midland. I call again several times without a call back. I texted that I feel that a theft had occurred and will be contacting the police.
Midland called me right away apologizing for the delay, and the people who were handling my shipment are no longer with the company. They assured me that the furniture was in a storage facility in Sacramento and that it will be sent asap.
Another several weeks pass and I tell them by phone and text that I will seek legal redress, and penalties.
Someone new contacted me with the same story again about the previous people, who are no longer with the company.
Back and forth over the next few months until I said that I will see you in court.
Now they tell me in early Sept. 2025, that the furniture is on the road and will give me updates.
The delivery is/was to my son in Omaha.
Today, 9-16-2025 the driver calls and informs that there is a balance remaining of $1300. I tried to explain how Midland has been violating the agreed upon fee and delivery time and that I was assured by the dispatcher that there would no longer be any charges. So he had someone from dispatch call me to demand more money.
Finally, they said if I don't pay, they will place the furniture in storage and charge me more money.
I cannot wait to see these characters in court.

look for another company

I just moved cross country from Philadelphia to Colorado. Looked for moving companies this past winter to try and prepare and maybe get a better rate. Contacted Midland van lines after a few google searches and reading websites and the customer service/sales person I talked to was great. He was very responsive and flexible and explained that because I booked in February, I’d get a discounted rate. A few days later I had a phone call for about 30 min. Where I went over all the inventory they should expect to pick up and move to calculate approximate square footage. I always oversell how much I have because I know boxes and things add up so I hold them in detail every piece of furniture from my 1-bedroom house and they quoted me around 8,000. I thought this is expensive but it’s cross country and for the ease of not having to transport all my things and drive a big truck on the highway it seemed necessary.
2 more phone calls confirmed the inventory and estimate.

Day of the move They loaded the truck and found that the space needed was roughly 50% more than originally quoted moving the sum to over $12000. But at this point it was either pay the extra $4000 or lose the $3500 deposit I had paid.

I left on Thursday and arrived on Saturday and then the communication was almost non-existent. someone called me 14 days later telling me that they’d be there in a few days.

then they asked me if an 18 wheeler would fit in my lot and I said i don’t know and warned them of a sharp turn to get into the lot.

3 days later (3rd Sunday after the move) they arrive with an 18 wheeler and say that because it can’t fit in the lot, I have two options:

1. Go myself to rent a smaller U-Haul/truck and they will load things onto it, but then I have to drive it to my apartment and unload everything myself (I am not strong enough to move my furniture by myself) or
2. Pay $1200 for them to go rent a smaller truck and shuttle the stuff for me from the 18 wheeler to my apartment.

So the original total of $8000 is now $13000.

Last kicker and most devastating is that I’m a jeweler and the only box missing was the one with all my jewelry and metal work from the last decade. Easily over $35,000 in value and they couldn’t help at all. Just told me to file a police report.

Deceptive, unprofessional, and coercive moving company

My move with Midland Van Lines was a nightmare from start to finish:

Bait-and-switch estimate: The quoted price more than doubled on moving day.

Breach of contract: I paid $4,200 for six custom crates for artwork; they brought only two, both the wrong size.

Unqualified labor: They used day laborers who took 18 hours straight to pack and load my home.

Coercion at delivery: They refused to unload unless I wired the full inflated balance, including charges for services never delivered.

This company relies on deception and intimidation. Consumers deserve to be warned: do not trust Midland Van Lines with your belongings.

Dishonest and Scam Moving Company!

My experience with this moving company was nothing short of a nightmare, revealing a blatant scam and utter incompetence. From the outset, they demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and respect for their clients. They arrived nearly four hours late without any prior notice or updates, showcasing their disregard for punctuality and customer time. This delay was just the beginning of a series of failures that exposed their true nature as a low-rate, untrustworthy broker rather than a legitimate moving service. The site foreman, Sean, sat in his car for hours without any effort to manage the move or communicate with the clients, while the contracted packers lacked basic tools, had limited boxes, and ran out of wrapping paper within just two hours. This level of disorganization and poor planning caused significant frustration among the workers, with some even threatening to abandon the job altogether. Such behavior underscores their inability to handle a professional move and their blatant neglect of customer needs. When contacted, the company's representative, Gary, who claimed to be the Director of Quality Assurance, offered empty promises of improvement that never materialized. The conflicting information about the storage location of belongings—one from the foreman and another from the main office—further demonstrated their dishonesty and lack of coordination. It became evident that this company was a scam, preying on unsuspecting customers with false assurances and substandard service. The truck provided was equally inadequate, equipped with only two straps and no support bars or bunking capabilities, risking damage to belongings and safety. Such negligence should warrant investigation by the FMCSA, as their practices clearly violate safety standards. I do plan to file a formal complaint at protectmymove.gov, urging others to do the same. This company’s customer service is a facade designed to deceive and lure victims into their trap. Representatives like James Listen and Sandra are part of this scam, offering false promises to keep victims engaged until the inevitable disappointment. The entire operation is a wolf in sheep’s clothing, preying on vulnerable customers and exploiting their trust. In conclusion, this experience highlights the importance of thorough research and skepticism when dealing with moving companies. Falling for their scam resulted in a complete loss of trust, financial waste, and emotional distress. Customers must be vigilant, read reviews, and avoid companies like Midland Van Lines at all costs. Their deceptive practices and lack of accountability make them unfit to operate within the industry, and they should be shut down to prevent further victimization.

This is a BROKER

This is a BROKER. They will sell out your business to haphazard "movers" and also leave your items in storage for weeks. We had the worst experience with Midland. The initial quote was $7k which seemed right for an elderly couple moving 700 miles to a small two bedroom. Oh, and we did all the packing. They did NO packing. A couple of weeks later, they ballooned to $14,000 and by the time of delivery, the cost was over $20,000. Worse they COMPLETELY TRASHED my mother's items. Boxes totally broken down. Innumerable items broken. And 2 matching dining room chairs TOTALLY GONE. They also sold her a bill of goods on the first call (like so many here mentioned) and told her she could have her "exact dates" because of a recent cancellation. They completely abuse seniors and then respond with "well you signed the contract, so...." I am absolutely CONVINCED the good reviews on here are BS and staged to off set all of the 1 star reviews. We are reporting to the BBB and two State Attorney's General (Illinois and Maryland). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

TOTAL DECEPTION- UNETHICAL

TOTAL DECEPTION- UNETHICAL - UNPROFESSIONAL- PRACTICES and LIARS! Given a “Binding estimate” after sending images of our items that we have already packed and in 2 storage units with dimensions of width depth and height! Jaxon, the rep, took my photos to his “supervisor” to make sure the “binding estimate” would be accurate and that unless I added anything other than my photos- I could rest assured there would be NO additional charges ( proof through text thread that company has!)Paid my deposit and then had a hard time getting anyone to call me right up to 3 days before move was supposed to take place. Finally Gary ( manages coordination) called and started talking about extra fees etc! Come to find out I was only quoted for 1000 cubit feet of space (10x10x10) even though I sent images WITH all the sizes of two storage units ( one that was 10x15 and one that was 10x10!!!!))with everything already stored in them! I was duped and deceived!!! I was only quoted for HALF of my load! Gary stated clearly that the quote did NOT cover what I had and so I would pay additional charges. I sent all images and read text thread to him. After realizing I had been lied to and misled - I told him he owed me my deposit back because clearly (as Gary could see and acknowledged) nothing added up! Still- he would not refund my deposit and they kept my 3400.00!!!! With all the absolute proof of incompetence and deception- they STILL would not return my money and in no way was I going to continue with them with no way of knowing what the actual charges would look like and because of the way I was treated! THESE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO OPERATE ! Beware! I pray this doesn’t happen to others!

Midland van lines is the worst interstate mover

Midland van lines is actually a broker, they do not operate truck lines. They either sub contracted to other companies or sells the customers to other moving companies.

They are the worst company you can use for moving interstates. The sales man Jared was so nice before he got the deposit. He would say anything he could to get your business. After he got the deposit, I bet that including his commission, he disappeared. We could not get a response from him. Their customer service is the worst on the market, rude, unprofessional and no help, you name it. The van lines absolutely mislead their customers in everyway they can. What they do is to have the subcontractors play the bad guys who collect their share on the jobs they do because Midland van lines offer so low pricing that it will not cover the movers who actually do the job! I moved a few pieces of furniture from MI to CA. They charged $1800 for wrapping some dumbbells simply because Midland Van Lines did not give enough to the real mover.

Midland van lines should stop doing business! stop cheating customers!

If you are to move anything cross states, pls do everything avoiding this mover. I am surprised they are still in business! Wish I read reviews before signing up with them.

I hope someday someone will take them to court!

This company is a complete fraud! the quote was originally 4100 and one week before our move they told us it was actually 10,000. They stated the inventory was not quoted corrected. I spoke with a James Listen who promised me the moon and delivered nothing. When they did deliver our boxes, they were all smashed up and many broken items I would never ever use a broker best to use a local mover

Do NOT use this company

Prior to her cross-country move, my daughter asked about insurance and was told it would be covered by homeowners insurance. This turned out to be a complete lie. They rescheduled her pick up multiple times which caused significant logistical issues. The guys who picked up her stuff seemed questionable. After they left, I noticed a full package of candy was missing from the counter, raising immediate concerns about their trustworthiness. For some reason, they said it was necessary to put her items in storage for 3 weeks, despite having an agreed upon delivery date. She moved to her new city and started her new job without her possessions. Twice she had a friend wait at her apartment for the movers but they never showed up as promised. She provided clear building access instructions in writing but they still showed up outside of the allowed time frame. As a result, her building superintendent publicly reprimanded her, causing significant distress. As a result of the rush to offload her items in the 20 minutes the superintendent allowed them and her state of distress, she did not notice that multiple items were missing-boxes, storage racks, a nightstand and more. Her dresser was broken and water-damaged beyond repair. The company claims they looked for her items but they responded so quickly there is no way they actually looked for anything. The value of the missing items is easily over $2000 but they offered her $150 stating that she did not purchase the insurance-only because they mislead her about its necessity. She accepted the offer out of frustration but despite sending emails and leaving phone messages over several months, they have yet to send the check. This company has demonstrated a blatant disregard for its customers, failed to uphold its promises (of a "painless move"), and mishandled both the logistical and ethical responsibilities of a professional moving company. They should refund the entire fee that she paid as they are in complete violation of their contract.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They lie to you from the beginning. I was quoted a price, promised a delivery date and the price doubled and the delivery date was pushed to the very last day it could be delivered: Three weeks from the promised date. First they contract out sub par moving companies, yet they tell you they do the entire moving process themselves. Second the movers were supposed to be at my house at 4:30 pm - well they called at 4:30 pm stating they went to the same address in a different state!! Yet no one form the parent company -Midland Van Lines - claimed to know anything about this. Third, if you call customer service most likely you will get Sandra who will refuse to answer any questions and will tell you over and over that she cannot get in touch with the truck your belongings are in. She may even hang up on you, absolutely horrible customer service. I called, emailed, texted every person I had contact information for and not one person called me back. When the truck finally came to my 88 year old parents apartment, boxes were damaged and they refused to take any responsibility. They caused my family so much stress for the month we waited for my parents shipments. I cannot stress how absolutely AWFUL this company is. In fact, do not go with ANY company who needs a deposit up front- as soon as you have given them money you are no longer their problem and your order is shipped to another company and then they change the quote and charge you more. Learn from my HUGE mistake- do your research!!!!!!

Midland Vanlines is a Criminal Enterprise

This company is a criminal enterprise. Please do not use them. Everything that is described in the negative reviews is happening to me now. I wish I had done my research because if I had, I would never have hired this company. I am so scared I will never see my belongings again or if I do, they will be unusable or irrepairable. Please do not use this company. They are absolutely liars and scammers:

1. They initially underquoted my long distance move from Wichita, KS to Charlotte, NC.
2. When they called to confirm the pick up date(s) and the inventory of my household goods I willingly agreed to pay $6200 up from $5000 to ensure adequate cubic feet on the truck and quality, professional packing services. At this point, they know you are in between a rock and a hard place because of the time limitations to coordinate a long distance move: this recognition is used as leverage to gouge you for more money. In addition, you have already made a large deposit which is no longer refundable.
3. They only accept cash which prevents the consumer from disputing the transaction as fraud which they fully intend to commit. Only disreputable moving companies demand large deposits and payment in cash.
4. On the day of my pick up only one man arrived in a dirty Penske truck. Midland Van Lines is not a carrier with their own trucks as they claim. The U.S. Department of Transportation lists the size of their fleet at 6 trucks. Customer service continued to insist that they are a carrier despite this documented fact. In addition, they are not accredited with the Better Business Bureau as advertised.
5. The man who arrived insisted my move would cost $8000 up from $6200 because I was quoted inadequate cubic feet in addition to a full-service pack and ship. He and his supervisors proceeded to gaslight me using my ignorance about cubic feet to convince me that I had not paid for enough. (Afterwards, I learned that $8.00 a cubic foot is considered standard for long distance moves. Using this formula I should have paid $4488 for 561 cubic feet. I had already agreed to $6200 at this point which included full service pack and ship.) They then offered to start loading the truck so I could see how woefully inadequate 561 cubic feet is. I rejected this offer and threatened to cancel the entire job. After 1 1/2 hours of negotiation we agreed to proceed at $6500 up from $6200. However, I had to pay $2685 in cash.
6. The lone man proceeded to start packing and loading the truck. I mistakenly assumed others would arrive to help him: I was promised two men supervised by a foreman. No one else came.
7. I became suspicious when no one else arrived to help and I saw how my furniture and belongings were being packed. My couch was not wrapped properly. He put it standing up vertically on the truck which is guaranteed to damage it. My brand new mattress and adjustable base which I am still paying for were not protected with the proper materials. My glass coffee table was not properly wrapped or protected. My clothes were shoved into boxes instead of hung in wardrobe boxes. I have no doubt that other fragile items were improperly packed and will be damaged. Still, I felt bad for this man and bought him dinner and tipped him in cash. That was before I did my research belatedly and found out that what I had been dealing with was exactly what others had experienced.
8. As of today I have no idea where my belongings are or when they will be delivered. I have been promised call backs from either Kathy or Rachel who are supposed to be managers. Neither has contacted me. In addition to the broken verbal promises regarding price and the assurances of quality packing services and professional care of my belongings, Anthony promised I would receive my shipment in 5-7 days. The time frame was specifically why I cancelled service with another mover who I became suspicious of. Ironically, both companies accused each other of being scammers. At least the other company played a recording on the phone informing you that they are brokers - which is what Midland Van Lines is even though they claim to be carriers - and that they can not guarantee price or anything else regarding your service. I did see on the Midland Van Lines contract that I may not receive my goods for 14 days. I called Anthony on this yet he swore I would receive my goods in 5-7 days.
9. I am waiting for someone with some authority and integrity at Midland Van Lines to do the right thing and rectify this situation. If they do, I will gladly update this review accordingly.

WARNING: Do Not Hire This Company – Complete Fraud

Please read this before hiring them. This company is a total scam. Everything they promise is a lie. They subcontract local, unprofessional laborers who handled my belongings carelessly and caused extensive damage.
The only smooth part of the process was the initial conversation with the salesperson, Luke Sullivan, who made everything sound perfect—but it was all deception.
The day before the scheduled pickup, the office called to confirm a pickup window of 10 AM to noon. However, on the day of, the driver called and said he’d arrive by 3 PM. He didn’t show up until 5 PM. Two other so-called “professional movers” arrived 30 minutes later, reeking of marijuana and clearly under the influence. The first thing the driver asked was whether they had any tools, and they said no. That should tell you everything.
They didn’t finish loading until 11 PM leaving several things behind, because they did not have room in the truck. The driver then told me he was heading straight to my destination and that I needed to be there to receive the delivery or it would be offloaded elsewhere and I’d have to arrange transport myself. Based on this, I changed my travel plans.
The next day, while I was en route to Florida, I texted the driver for an update. He replied saying his plans changed and he no longer had my things—he told me to call the office. After about 20 calls, I finally heard back from another driver two weeks later.

This second driver also gave me a 10 AM–12 PM delivery window—but didn’t show up until 7:30 PM. When they finally unloaded my items, about 85% of them were damaged. Some things were still usable, but most were destroyed or badly broken.

This was an awful experience from start to finish. Avoid this company at all costs.

Liarsand scammers!!

-The estimate was completley wrong. Not even close. They lock you in with a low offer and then raise the price holding your goods hostage.
-Items were lost and damaged totaling $500. They company is not responding to e-mails about it.
- Delievery date was off by weeks.
- Hidden fees and post contract fees!! at the time of delivery, they charged all these additional hidden fees and threatened to keep your goods if you don't pay.

Do your research!!@

The company is a fraud. They state they are A + with BBB, but they are not affiliated. Read your contact thoroughly if you should decide to use them. Make sure the Dot numbers on all of your documents belong to Midland Van lines and not another moving company

do not hire this company

I wish I'd read all the Yelp reviews here before i hired them. Luke Sullivan assured me that they don't hire other contractors for the move - that all staff are professional Midland employees. That wasn't the case - the movers were not professional, not experienced, and not careful. ANd like the others he made an estimate of my cubic feet based on the inventory and that was way LOW when it got in and they demanded an additional 4000 . And like the others, had to pay CASH on pickup - altho they said you could use a personal check, the mover said that will delay your delivery while we wait for your check to clear. On delivery, only cash. They broke a number of my pieces of antique furniture - and eith the pick up, storage or delivery guys broke off a piece of an antique dresser and tried to hide it by slopping white glue all over the piece - which has taken me many hours to carefully remove before I can replace th broken piece. The delivery supervisor said it should have been put in a box, not a wrapping cloth - but I am pretty sure didn't relate that to the company. FInally the delivery van on leaving drove through the grass in the center o the circle driveway, leaving big ruts and tearing out the grass, and broke 4 branches off a tree.

HORRIBLE MOVING COMPANY

I schedule my pickup for May 31,2025 They came sunday after the original pickup time, which was 8am-12pm.THey didnt get there until after 3pm. So when the driver came to my house everything was fine until I showed him what was going on the truck. As i was telling him what to move he stated that i would be charged extra. So i ask him how much extra will it cost. He started getting an attitude and got mad because i ask a question about how much it would cost. SO i reach out to the rep and she ask the same question. HE got mad and stated that he is about to leave. I told him to do what he has to do. i called the company and told them i dont trust him to move my things. Then Rachel gets an attitude siding with the driver. i told her i would like my refund from my deposit. She stated that the refund for the deposit will not be refunded. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE YOU. THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!!
IM reporting them to the credit bureau..... THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE CORPORATE NUMBER EITHER...
