Exemplary service
The service we have received by Dr Parmar and his team has been exemplary.
They have gone above and beyond to treat our now 3 year old daughter.
The who experience has been seamless, quick and most importantly successful in treating her.
Couldn't recommend them more highly and will definitely be utilising midlands health again if required.

Work Permit Application
Have used the services of Midland Health in two of their sites as I needed a Medical examinantion (and innoculations) to support a work permit application. The process has taken approximately 10 weeks fdrom start to finish and at all stages I have found their services and communication to be second to none. Extremely professional and helpful with all enquiries. Highly Recommended

I am satisfied with Ms Fidan Bayli
I had an appointment with Ms Fidan Bayli and was very pleased with the experience. She was very welcoming and gentle, and the examination never felt uncomfortable or rushed. I could truly feel her professionalism throughout the consultation. She gave clear advice on treatment and recommended the necessary tests. What I especially appreciated is that she always stayed in touch via WhatsApp — whenever I had questions, it was very easy to get answers from her.

Made an appointment over the phone, explained what I needed and why. No problem with that. However, after travelling an 80 mile round trip and time off work to attend, the sonographer, albeit very apologetically, told me that she could not perform the scan I needed but I could rebook for the following week. I wonder if anyone clinical looks over the appointments, as it would have been much better if that fact had been established prior to my arrival.
If not for this ‘blip’ my review would have been 5 ⭐️
I must also add that the reception staff (Verona and Paul) were brilliant and also very apologetic. Verona couldn’t have done any more to help. She was very understanding and respectful, even though I was furious. They also refunded my fee straight away, so kudos to the accounts dept too.

In all my 38 years I have never been fortunate enough to engage with such a committed, thorough Doctor. I was treated as if O mattered, not as if I was just a number.
I have some worrying health issues and was so worried that I would get awful news resulting in me leaving my husband and three young children behind. It was as if Dr K, knew how worried I was and reassured me I no longer needed to worry as she would ensure I got the right care I needed. It felt like she had given me a hug down the phone, I could tell i was in good hands. Of course I got my appointments through and all instructions regarding relevant tests within a time frame i didn't know the NHS could do these days. I am currently awaiting some results and more tests but she has kept me updated 3 or 4 times since our initial appointment. She is always so warm and reassuring in her calls. I am overwhelmed with her sincerity and her caring nature, I have cried tears of relief after our calls. I know I am in good hands. Thank you Doctor. You are one of a kind

Fantastic private medical service
I had a procedure with Mr Bhatt. The whole team were amazing. Incredibly efficient, professional and empathetic. I was given full info in a way that was easily digestible, the major issues were appropriately highlighted and repeated to me, and the procedure itself was done with a clearly high degree of expertise and skill. Couldn’t be more happy or impressed.

TOTAL shambles. (Doctor's appointment was fine.)
He said it SHOULD be OK to email the pharmacy for me to collect prescription: someone would come back to confirm either way. Noone did. Drove to pharmacy.
No email, so no collection. In fact need to email AND ring. Surprised Midland does not know this.
Next day (sunday): SAID they were open 9:00-14:00 rang: kept on hold for an hour. Cut off. Rang back 40 mins. Never picked up.
MONDAY. Rang. Took my message. NOTHING HAPPENED. rang later, SAID they would ring back. Didn't. (emailed instead.) Still hadn't rung pharmacy as requested. Then finally did so.
TOTALLY TOTALLY useless and incompetent.

We did attempt to contact the pharmacy on multiple occasions but were unfortunately unable to get through. In situations like this, we strongly recommend using our online pharmacy service, especially when collection may not be possible. It often provides a more reliable and convenient option.

Had a visit this week at the Midland Health clinic to see Dr Katy Kyprianou who is a migraine specialist. Staff were helpful and polite from the moment I arrived. Dr Katy Kyprianou is an expect in her field and I highly recommend her. She is compassionate and empathetic and I feel confident that she really understands how I am feeling and that she wants to help me feel better.

Excellent Care and Friendly Staff at Midland Health
I had a great experience at Midland Health (Edgbaston Clinic) on Saturday, 21st June 2025. I was called on Thursday about an extra blood test for my work health assessment, and the team booked me in quickly. All the details were clear, which helped me feel relaxed.
On the day, Marta Rodrigues at reception was very welcoming. Amani Azeam guided me through the payment process smoothly. My healthcare assistant, Mike Tse, was fantastic—he explained everything clearly and kept me comfortable while taking my blood, despite my nerves. The procedure was quick and painless, and I left very pleased.
Highly recommend Midland Health for their caring and professional staff!
