Wilmer Health (specifically Adam) was really helpful, we ordered a medical certificate with apostille and used the fast track service and it arrived 3 days from date of ordering.
We also added an additional document to the order and Adam reached out to clarify what we were after and helped us with finding out that we did not need the additional document and kindly refunded us.

Though their services looked a bit expensive but they are the best… I translated multiple documents and got them asap even with the legalisation process… they respond to email fast and tell you the date your application will be done and they don’t disappoint

Had a tracking number and delivery notification from royal mail within 7hrs for next day delivery.
