Any time there was an issue with my order or they couldn't fulfill it, I was informed and given a choice about what I wanted to do. They staff at Mexistuff were helpful and accommodating.

It was very easy to find what I wanted and order on the website. I was kept up to date on the progress at every step. My items were well packaged and arrived within a few days. I loved the two Bordado tote bags, pantuflas and tote charms I ordered. Everything is so cute and I’ve received so many compliments from friends and strangers alike. Guaranteed I say I bought it at MexiStuff!

Do not buy, they will not send your order, and they will stop answering your emails.
Scam

I purchase 2 pairs of concha slippers. They never arrived to my home. I contacted customer service, since I didn’t buy their “insurance” they basically told me they couldn’t help me. Save yourself the trouble. Don’t order from this website.

Customer service is extraordinary. Very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company hands-down!

They would not return my two slippers I ordered that didn’t fit right and my foot would slipped side to side as I walked . Horrible company do not order from them. Not satisfied .

Very horrible on getting my product I order this in December and a few days it will be February first and last time ordering from this place just got to your local Mexican store to get what you want I should had read the reviews earlier and we all had one thing on common smh 🤦🏽‍♂️ I ask for a refund cause it never got here they just it’s in transit smh 🤦🏽‍♂️ never again do homework guys before you order.

Customer service is terrible! They never respond to emails. No comfort for the customer and worst of all they don’t meet deadlines. Just a huge waste of time and money. Legit have better and similar items on eBay.

Amazing products. Received them on time with no issues. Products are just how you see them in pictures and in videos. Would definitely order from them again.

This company has extremely poor customer service.

I ordered on 12/5, with multiple disclaimers on the site assuring me the gifts would arrive before Christmas. I received zero updates on my order, no shipping information. On 12/15 I emailed asking for an update. I got a reply saying “You will receive an automated email with tracking information once your order ships.”
Gives me zero information on the status of the order. Has it been packed, is there a delay, can I still expect it in time for Christmas? I replied asking for more information and received zero responses. I have emailed 3 times since 12/15. I have commented on their social media, and DM’d the account, only to be ignored.

I can absolutely accept a Christmas rush, a delay in shipping, needing to wait longer for the items I fell in love with on their site.
But with no interactions, no responses on what is going on, I can’t support the business. Being left in the dark shows how the business operates, regardless of their products.

Items not shipped as described, disappointing. Would not have purchased if they could not ship as advertised.

Ordered Nov 5, tomorrow is Christmas Day and my purchase is still not here. Will never order from this place again! If you don’t mind waiting over a month to receive a product best of luck. Do better!!

I ordered November 23 and it is now December 24. I have emailed twice with no response. It was implied that my 3 items would arrive by Christmas but that's not going to happen. Zero communication from Mexistuff! I will be telling everyone I know to keep scrolling when they see this "store" online. I did received an email asking me to review the products that I haven't received.

Preordered a product for a Christmas present on 11/4. The website said that preorders would be fulfilled at the end of November... December 17th rolls around and still no shipping notification. Filled out a contact form and 5 days later get a message that the product sold out and even though I preordered (and they took my money), I didn't get one. Also they did not let me know that I was no longer getting the product. They are offering me a refund, but it makes me wonder if they ever would have told me if I hadn't reached out. Now it's 3 days before Christmas and I'm SOL on getting anything shipped in time for Christmas.

I originally gave them 1 star because of the shipping times. I'll give them 4 stars now because I received my order and the quality of the products is really great! I love each item so much! And I am so thrilled to support a Mexican owned company. I'll take one star off because the promise of shipping time is not accurate. If you'd like to order from them, do it 4-6 weeks from when you need to receive the items.
