I placed an order mid March and it included a preorder which meant my entire order will ship once that preorder is ready. I contacted customer service and they told me it would be shipping mid May. We are 4 days away from June and my order status is still “order confirmed “

I'm still waiting on a pre-order from March 2026 that was supposed to ship Mid-May. I don't want my money back just yet, I just want my tote 😏

Ordered a Pre-Order item in January and expected shipment Mid March. It still has not been received and I received an email stating that it might be shipped Mid June! This is just irritating! Why advertise false information.

Bad customer service i payed extra to get my items before mother's day and it won't come until after. I've reached out multiple times and yet no one has gotten back to me.seems they take the money but ship when they fill like it never again will I purchase from this company. Trash asf!!!

Have purchased and gifted more than 10 pairs of the concha pan-tuflas and 6 pairs of the bordados. Recipients just love how soft and squishy these slippers feel. The young daughters tend to steal them and claim them as their own.

I placed an order weeks ago and still hasn’t shipped. I emailed for status twice but no replies.

I placed an order a month ago. Sent 3 emails to find out where/when I will receive my order. So far no replies. Tried calling the phone number in website, but phone is disconnected. This is the first and last time I order from them.

I preordered something for a birthday gift. They ended up telling me they sold out even though I PREORDERED it. This was months after they told me it would be in. I was trailed along for months until they finally tried to offer me credit. No thanks. Customer service sucks.

Totally in Love with my Mazapán suite cases.

The bag is beautiful. And great quality. Even though my issue was an easy fix; the straps were twisted. I felt that the assembly wasn't important. Its not a cheap purchase. And now the straps have come undone 2x. So I had to fix the issue myself with a hot glue gun.

I got my beautifully design bag. But when I went to put stuff in it the strap flew off. I had t go looking for what was attaching it to the bag. The screw in tighning plastic connectors are inconvenient. They keep in coming loose. I am a teacher and I bought the bag to help with load. But unfortunately I have to ensure all screw on pieces are tight every time I pick it up.

Improve communication for items that won't shop for several weeks. I was told my bag won't arrive until may. Need more realistic lead time when ordering online

Shipping was fast and I absolutely love this bag. It’s perfect for keeping in my car and packing it with stuff for my kids during outings.

I placed a pre-order on March 9, 2026 for a backpack that was supposed to be shipped/received by mid-April only to get an email notice saying that they had a lot more people order these bags and would need to delay shipping by over a month. When attempting to cancel the order I was told that they can’t cancel preorders and would need to wait up to 3 months after the order was supposed to ship in order to request a refund. I am moving in early May and these disgusting scammers have absolutely no integrity. They have a BBB rating of F and I had to file a complaint with the state’s business division.

The socks we ordered are awesome and they came in really fast!!

Did a bag pre order 1/22/26 - Still have not received anything or any notice.

Mexistuff has beautiful products! I have two of the Talavera tumblers and love them! Vibrant designs and the quality is great. Be prepared to wait as their pre-order items are just that. Both items took a good while to arrive - one several months. Customer service is great and will alert you when your items ship. Items are clearly marked "pre-order" on the website. Be sure to order early if it's needed by a special date.
