Metro Screenworks Recenzje

Ordering was easy, arrival was fast. A few screens damaged in transit, immediately replaced and resent.

Quality - Price - I'm very happy with the new screens. One sees out as if they weren't there and they look good from outside. I have already recommended your company to four people and will continue to give you five stars. Thank you. sonja karlsen

Timely fashion

Screens exceeded our expectations. We have a window with this screen from Metro Screenworks that is next to a glass window and you can't tell that there is a screen in the window.

Well the screens fit perfectly and work to the exact measurements. Price of the screens was a tad high but not horrible however the shipping and handling cost for one screen was exorbent. The turnaround time and ordering to receiving was approximately a week and that was good.

Very nice work.

They make a great product, shipping is fast and easy,

excellent quality, great customer service, very securely packaged and shipped

Screen was of the exact dimension ordered. Very functional item. Side rails could use a more stable system to secure screws. Great overall!

Quick delivery (especially for a custom project), good quality for price and relatively easy install.. Happy customer!

Asked for specific samples and received sales pamphlets with wrong items. On top of that, each sample cost $18. Ripoff. We won’t do business with a company that can’t get a simple order correct.

Ease of ordering and help with finding out what I ordered 6 years ago. I had replaced about 60% of my screens and was running out of material but could not remember what I had bought. I do not think many other business would be able to help this way.
Also the Super Screen is great. Resists damage from cats quite well. Transparency is good. It was easy to install.

Everything made to order. Arrived quickly. Customer Service was great. Quickly replaced screens damaged by Fed Ex delivery. Always get the insurance!

I really like working with Metro Screenworks, and the only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 is that I omitted part of my delivery address, which I know is my fault, but instead of contacting me to straighten it out, I had to call in to find out the status of my order. The person I talked to then looked at the wrong order and told me it was on its way, before realizing sometime later that she had looked at the wrong order. When she did look at my order, she realized my mistake and let me know, and we got it all straightened out. It cost several days of time overall. It seems with current technology that an error in the ordering process could be caught much sooner.

Start with an incredibly professional salesforce that give you accurate information then a good online tool for ordering exact measurements and finally almost an instant delivery with the exact product that you ordered couldn’t be any happier

Shipped as promised. Quality workmanship

We had a wonderful experience with Metro Screenworks! After a hail storm damaged our old window screens, we ordered 8 new screens. The ordering process was simple, and their customer service team reached out right away regarding a special request we had. They were able to accommodate us without any issues, and our screens shipped in less than a week!

The screens fit perfectly and look amazing. We couldn’t be happier with the quality, service, and overall experience. Thank you, Metro Screenworks, for making the process so easy! We will definitely order from you again!

My order was completed in a very timely manner and received it in less than a week, I also requested a RMA and it too was answered in a timely manner.
