Metro Screenworks Recenzje

The customer service has been outstanding! Very rare to find in companies these days.

The online ordering process was very easy and intuitive, they also provide helpful pictures to ensure that you are correctly measuring out the window screens. After receiving the screens, they fit very well and seem very durable. I highly recommend Metro Screenworks to anyone looking purchase window screens.

I have purchased multiple products and they have all exceeded expectation.

Product was of ok quality. Screens were not as tight as I expected and there were some scratches on the frame that I now need to paint. Customer service has been very responsive in trying to remedy the paint issues.

The screens are extremely loose . Very poor product. We ordered these for a screen room we built and the customer is not happy with the screens.

Great service, easy to work with, and customer service went above and beyond to help when I made a mistake with a measurement! Our new sliding screen door looks and works great. Thank you!

The folks at Metro were super easy to work with. Brice Rosa was very helpful in answering my questions relating to a custom-sized screen that I needed. I actually had to cancel my original order when I thought I had a local solution with the window manufacturer. Metro immediately gave me a refund, no questions asked. When the local solution didn't pan out, I reordered.

the price of the custom screens was great, made it worth ordering from you instead of building custom screens ourselves, however, since my first order, the price seems to have gone up significantly which has caused some pricing concerns with our customers. is there a reason i go such a good price on my first order and a drastically larger price with subsequent orders?

Yuval was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with.

Third time I have ordered complete screens from Metro and each time they were built as ordered and arrived as promised.

Had to call company to verify how to translate measurement of the opening to the ordered product. The result was a perfect fit. The screens came extremely well packaged and damage free,

Great quality material and surprisingly fast shipping.

Just as described on their website, the custom size screen panel we ordered was perfect fit in size and color.
It was delivered quickly in a sturdy packaging.
Totally happy with our purchase and we will definitely order again.

Screen was well packaged in bubble wrap and delivered pretty fast. Replacing old fiberglass screen on my deck with SuperScreen, I found it was great to work with & had no trouble getting a tight fit working alone. Looks GREAT, view to outside is awesome. Feels like pretty tough stuff. Anxious to see how it holds up to a Nebraska winter. Really happy with it so far.

Easy to order, lots of choices, fast delivery, and a great product. Really happy I used Metro Screenworks!

Screen is made well, shipped quickly and very carefully, and does the job!

As advertised. Looks great and we are enjoying the product.

The way it was shipped the top screen got bent on the bracket.

My order is easy to get set and check out and they arrive very well packaged. The fit is excellent, so, no bugs sneaking in underneath or above. I got ultra view for the windows I look out the most and they really are a better view. Customer service is amazing. Highly recommended.
