Forgot to order hardware with my screen. Took less than three minutes to get in touch with one of their sales people via their website who figured out what I exactly needed, how to install it and then shipped it without charging me for neither the parts or the shipping. Now that's what I call customer service!

These screens are amazing
These screens are amazing! They made it easy with step by step instructions on measuring, etc. I ordered 7 screens and when received I had one screen that had been bent during delivery. They made it very easy to get a replacement quickly, with a real person! I highly recommend!!!

Disappointed
Your marketing department had me amazed. I thought there really was a new screen that provided better visibility. UltraVue is just the same as my 25 year old screens. Disappointed.

Hi Kathy,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry UltraVue didn’t meet your expectations. It is designed to provide improved visibility compared with standard fiberglass, but the difference may not be noticeable in every situation. Please let us know if there is anything else that we can do for you.
Thank you!
