They consistently have new arrivals and even items that are sold out everywhere else. Their return policy is far better, and the customer service is outstanding—genuinely kind, helpful, and efficient, which is something I rarely come across. Highly recommend!

Very bad experience
I want to share my experience with METALSHOP cz.
I ordered t-shirt for birthday gift and I received Vacuum bags!!! Beware of the delivery! It's been more than a month - no refund received, no t-shirt received.
Emails only and no actions. All my details (name, address, amount) were ok but not a single proof METALSHOP sale you something - nothing. Very bad business, terrible delivery service without any responsibility taken... SCAMMERS!!!
On top of that, The refunded wasn’t processed at all. I received confirmation for payment and both time without money. I asked for full statement including all requisites needed but guess??!
I appreciate the effort in typing emails but it’s not needed - just don’t buy anything from Metalshop BG (CZ) or anything related.
I do believe the merch isn’t original too but i didn’t have a chance to receive it at all.

The refund is already received.
I kindly advise you to choose your carrier smartly DO NOT WORK WITH “PACKETA”.
I checked the BG carrier ECONT and they advised me to avoid any deliveries with them due to the exact same issues- changed goods, irregular senders, fake invoices etc.
I was very unfortunate with this particular order from 18.02.25 😂, but believe it or not the entire delivery process and lack of missing documents inside the package isn’t good service.

Hello Danny, my colleagues have informed me that there was a mix-up with the packages at the shipping company. Apparently you initially blamed us for this, but the mistake was made by the carrier. We've resolved the complaint with the carrier, and a refund is in process. While the refund has been made from our side, please do allow time for this to reflect on your statement. Please accept my sincere apology for the unfortunate error made by the carrier which I'm sure you can appreciate was completely out of our control. I quite understand the disappointment this has caused and again I can only apologise most sincerely. Caroline
My oder arrived within 5 days…
My order arrived within 5 days and I live in the canary islands. Anything we order online usually takes 4 to 5 weeks to arrive. 5 days is outstanding service the t-shirts are top quality and I'll definitely be ordering again soon. 10 out of 10 from me.

The packaging came in a little rough but the product seems to be fine, I'm scared to open it so my gf will open it later when she gets it.
customer service were so great! really helped me to know where my packaging was and contacted the provider to reachout to me :)

purchased a pair of jeans for $320 aud from this website, but was repeatedly told that payment hadn't gone through, even after providing proof. it was eventually cancelled. my credit card was also charged three separate times for $120 aud each. had to cancel my card. order no. 2101443966

Very fast delivery and high quality. Although, the delivery was 6€ at the lowest. So I'd suggest to be buying more than a pair of items.

Any orders above 350 lei are delivery tax free, they say, well not really. Not all services are free and they refuse to change it if you want a free one. Customer service is terrible. The order number is 2101424076.

ALERT SCAMMERS!!!
If you are here wondering if this is a scam I am writing to confirm your doubts. They are selling cheap t-shirts with a print on them, they are NOT original band t shirts. Stitching is wrong, print is done very cheaply and you could probably do this at home with a cheap shirt and iron. They are NOT official retailers or whatsoever. Customer service is also awful, I had so much issues with the order and in the end it would cost me more money to return the package. Scammers!!!
Hence you've been constantly replying to this review each time with a new one, this is a verified review which means I have provided pictures as proof to Trustpilot. That you are scammers prove dozens of REAL reviews on other platforms such as Facebook, Reddit etc. Regardless, the audacity of your customer service to talk to me with such unprofessionalism and rudeness making this my worst online experience in my life is the reason for not replying anymore, I do not want to deal with your customer service ever again.
Pictures of FAKE stuff ordered from you is also available on other platforms from other customers who provided real reviews and not bought fake positive reviews like here on Trustpilot.
I hope you get cancelled so no more scams happen.
