My only fault is having to use DHL for delivery. DHL don't provide an estimated time of delivery where I live, only the day of delivery.

Achtung Warnung bitte nicht bei Metal Shop bestellen und nicht mit swissbilling bezahlen!!!!
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
ich möchte Sie ausdrücklich vor MetalShop.ch warnen. Meine Bestellung Nr. 2101515253, die ich pünktlich und zuverlässig zurückgesendet habe, bereitet mir nur Probleme.
Bereits beim Bestellen hatte ich ein sehr ungutes Bauchgefühl gegenüber MetalShop.ch. Als ich die Ware zurücksenden konnte, kontaktierte ich den Kundenservice und bat per E-Mail darum, die Rücküberweisung an Swissbilling vorzunehmen, da ich die Bestellung mit Swissbilling getätigt hatte – es war meine erste Bestellung bei MetalShop.ch.
Das MetalShop.ch-Team versicherte mir, dass sie sich darum kümmern und den Gesamtbetrag an Swissbilling zurückerstatten würden. Per E-Mail bestätigten sie, die Rückerstattung am 19. Dezember getätigt zu haben. Doch einige Tage später teilte Swissbilling schriftlich mit, dass sie kein Geld von MetalShop.ch erhalten hätten.
Daraufhin nahm ich mehrfach Kontakt mit dem Support von MetalShop.ch und Swissbilling auf. Ich bat MetalShop.ch, mir sowie Swissbilling die Nachweise der Rücküberweisung zukommen zu lassen, damit das Problem geklärt werden kann. Der Support von MetalShop.ch versicherte mir, dass sie die Nachweise der Rücküberweisung per E-Mail an mich und Swissbilling schicken würden. Doch es kam nichts – ich erhielt weder von Swissbilling noch von MetalShop.ch Unterstützung, sondern nur leere Versprechungen.
Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme blieb das Problem ungelöst. Aufgrund der Inkompetenz beider Seiten erhielt ich schließlich eine Mahnung. Wichtig: Wenn der Fehler nicht beim Kunden liegt, widerspricht eine Mahnung diesem Umstand, da sie unbegründet ist. Ein kurzes Update: MetalShop.ch hat nicht auf den Käuferschutz reagiert. Ich finde es äußerst schade und eine Frechheit, wie man sich gegenüber Kunden verhält.
Für zukünftige Bestellungen werde ich nur noch bei EMP bestellen, da dieser Händler zu 100 % zuverlässig ist und seine Kunden angemessen behandelt. Ihr seid eine Schande für die Metal-Community – einfach nur widerwärtig.

PESSIMO E DELUDENTE!
Ho fatto un ordine il 06/12 con consegna prevista l’11/12 ed ancora ad oggi non si sa nulla. Dopo ripetute mail la loro risposta è sempre la stessa: che non è dipeso da loro, ma interamente dal corriere. Peccato che dovrebbe essere loro premura tutelare il cliente. Io posso capire il periodo, ma non che ad oggi non si sa nulla del pacco. L’unica cosa che mi resta è tanta delusione e nessun regalo da mettere sotto l’albero. Vergogna e complimenti per il disservizio!

Horrible quality, looked like something straight from temu so we decided to return it and had to pay 350NOK to send it back, such bad customer service. Do not recommend.
