Hi Michel - Glad we could connect over the phone. A new nameplate was shipped and you should be receiving it shortly. Since nameplate are shipped via stamped mail, they are open to getting lost unfortunately.

Bat Display
Our company presents an award each year at our annual sales meeting for the top salesman. We award a Louisville Slugger bat and have it engraved as our "Heavy Hitter Award" and provide a display case for the bat. I ordered from Amazon for last years award and found this website this year as last years cases weren't as sturdy. The case this year from Memorabilia Displays is of high quality and looks great. Ordering online was very easy and arrived way before estimated date calculated at time of order, just a few days within ordering which was a great surprise. Case looks very nice, high quality and packaged very well, the package had been damaged by the shipping company UPS, on the corner; smooshed and torn through but the items inside were very well protected and received no damage to the product. I will be ordering again next year.

Memorabilia Displays exceeded my expectations! I was looking for a display case to showcase my favorite team's mini football helmets. I researched a lot of websites offering cases & was deterred after reading their consumer reviews.
I came across Memorabilia Displays, the website offered a wide variety of options, was very transparent on inventory & order fulfillment lead times & was easy to use. After reading a few customers reviews I decided to place an order.
Best decision made; the case has a look & feel that a premium display should have. Now my displayed helmets are the focal point in my office collection.

Excellent Experience
The item was of excellent craftsmanship and exactly as described. The packaging was great and item arrived safely and timely. It was a birthday gift for my son who hit .481 in 2018 for college and he had saved the bat from that season - it is not in the case you made! Thank you.
