The buying experience was fine and comes with the option of 60 day cover that we needed. Whether or not the service and insurance is any good we hope we will not have to find out ! Seems to be regulated by the right people and under an umbrella organisation so fingers crossed. Very good price for sensible levels of cover.

Crisis and additional cost avoided
On realising that my holiday insurance ended the day I leave a distant land, and expired mid-air before landing in the uk I was in a panic. After phoning the company and explaining the situation I was informed that there would be a sum to pay, equivalent to a third of the original total cost.
The adviser went to talk to a manager and after a short while phoned me back to say on this occasion they would waive the fee.
A big thank you to those that assisted me. And a valuable lesson learnt.
Insure until you can walk through your own front door.
