A day can be expensive
We needed insurance for a cruise round the British Isles. Little did we know that one day (actually more like 9-10 hours) in the only port that we're visiting in Eire (which is not,of course, in the UK) would treble the cost of the insurance. I'm not thrilled by this, to put it mildly, but it seems that other insurers work in the same way, so I've swallowed hard and paid the price. But it makes no sense: this is insurance for a cruise, which means that you only spend a few hours in each port. Couldn't the insurance take this into account and only charge the higher rate for each day out of the UK? It would reflect the risk much better and produce a fairer result.

Good service
Good service, but premium went up by nearly 30%. Clearly some is covid related, and some my age, but could have done with a smaller increase.
