I just received your product. And even before it showed up you sent review emails constantly. A customer needs to experience the product fully before entering a review. Asking beforehand is suspicious in that you hope to garner a positive review on hopes the results will be as promised and the customer in high hopes leaves a highly rated review. Running and pumping numbers before any experience from the product is even experienced. Hold your want of reviews till the customer has at least completed the first cycle of the process!
UPDATED - once communication was established - the company went above and beyond to support and learn through effective communication. Great companies listen and change to really meet the needs of their customers - even one customer with effective communication can make a difference. Great change

Not difficult very helpful starting my journey
It was very easy and not invasive to fill out the forms. Approval time did’t take very long. Cost was not too eye opening. I’ve taken my first dosage and the pen was pretty simple to use. I was very nervous to give myself an injection. It was super easy. Looking forward to finding my way back to myself. Dedication, nutrition, workout, mindframe and a boost of help from this medication.

Slow and Unhelpful Service. Order not delivered after a week.
My order is still awaiting dispatch after a “clinician” has approved my order that I made over a week ago. Customer service is very slow and pretty unhelpful. Will not be reordering. My friend used Kinro Health and had her prescription approved the same day and got the medication the very next day AND it was $30 cheaper.

Company has great communication skills…
Company has great communication skills and customer /patientsupport. My only thing is I’m just not sure how to re-order without going through the consult again. Additionally, I wish there was not a program fee every single time. This was not made clear from the onset which definitely changes the bottom line.
