This is a great and easy online experience with Med Express Canada. You pick your prescription/ treatment someone there reviews it and within a few two/three days you have it in your hand delivered right to your door. Questions were simple (not 2 pages of unnecessary questions). There is a customer service phone number if you are in need of any help and emails are quickly replied to as well. Over all this was a fantastic experience!

My package is room temperature
My package did not come in a refrigerator delivery truck and it was room temperature including all the ice packs in it. So the product is probably damaged for the cost

I did not receive my latest package

Positive Experience
My experience with MedExpress has been really positive so far. I like that they are not pushing me to increase my dose at every opportunity (they would earn more money if they did!) so I genuinely feel that they are invested in my long term health and success.
The only reason I did not give five stars is that the product is delivered by Purolator… I have yet to receive a package on time or without some kind of issue with Purolator. This is not MedExpress’s fault - but it does impact my overall experience.
