Very Efficient Service
I was approved for treatment very quickly. I received a lot of very useful information by email and on your website. I was impressed by how well the product was packaged, that there were four ice packs in the box to keep the product cold and that the delivery driver needed a signature before leaving the package. So far I am very pleased with the service. Thank you.

The product arrived warm. I’m concerned whether this will damage the product. All four ice packs melted and the product was warm to the touch.

Rest assured, your treatment was shipped in temperature-protective packaging designed to keep it stable during transit for up to 48 hours, so melted ice packs upon arrival are expected and don't necessarily mean the medication has been affected.

Absolute garbage service
Absolute garbage service. If you call you are on hold for an hour. They take your payment then hold your meds for review and ask for documentation you dont have. Where it says "message us" only articles come up and you cant actually message. The meds might work but getting them is impossible.

Delivery was an issue
Delivery was an issue. The package arrived warm to the touch (both the outside of the package and the contents) It was a hot day and delivery took longer for the cooling pads to be useful. Med Express indicated that the pens can be unrefrigerated at room temperature (up to 30°C) for up to 21 days. It’s getting a lot hotter now, perhaps better or more cooling pads are required during shipping.

Great Medical Provider
I found everyone very professional and they were very thorough. Not a difficult process at all. I recommend them because they've sent me all kinds of wonderful information that no other provider has ever provided. I found other providers, once you paid, the connection was lost until you needed to renew and pay again.
The only glitch was delivery, still waiting, but that's not their fault.😔
