I recently had some work done on my new flat and couldn’t recommend more. Initially starting with new doors, painting but I added a new media unit, varnished floor and wall lights in the living room and main bedroom. Media unit particularly looks great and designed really well.

Atanas and the project manager Liam were always available when I needed to ask or check anything. The team doing the works were great and completed everything to great spec and detail. Highly recommend.

We are very happy with our new bathroom fitted by MDT. They started on time and the builders were very thorough and hard working. The finishes are good and the lay out was thought through. There is a language barrier at times with certain builders but they were all friendly. Atanas and his team were good at communicating timings etc. In addition, they helped us with roofing work on the property. A good experience so would recommend.

I have worked for this company for 6 weeks through city solution agency. After 2 weeks I was offered permanent job with them.
Unfortunately we did not come to an agreement with the salary.

In my last payment they deducted 320£ saying I had PCN'S. But Most of the PCN'S were locations of projects they were working on.
I feel sorry for the honesty and the hard work and long hours I put on, bear in mind some days i worked 11 hours straight . And in the end ripped me and my family off.

I recently had two bathrooms completely renovated and changed into shower rooms by a team from MDT Fixing (a C.P. Hart recommended installer). I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish the MDT team were professional, punctual and incredibly skilled. They problem solved effectively, offered helpful suggestions and kept me updated every step of the way.

The quality of the workmanship is of a very high standard and the finish is sleek and modern. The project was completed on time and within budget. I appreciated their attention to detail and the cleanliness of the team. They left the space spotless each day clearing away all rubbish.
I had three quotes for this project and chose MDT Fixing. They were not the cheapest but seemed to thoroughly understand what was required. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality bath/shower room installation, completed on time and completed on budget.

Initially, found MDT fixing on an online search after being let down by other installers.
From the word go, they've done exactly what they said they'd do.
Initial survey and communication was on time and brilliant.
The spreadsheet Atanas prepared didn't leave a stone unturned, very impressed.
The work itself was brilliant, although a slight language barrier at times, but that was solved with a translator app.
But in terms of work ethic, and trust worthiness, 100%.
Flooring was covered and protected, and kept clean and tidy throughout the process, which in itself is a messy dusty job.
The electrician turned up on time everytime, read the drawings and did all appropriate wiring.
The main builder did everything from plastering, painting, worktops, to flooring and final touches.
I'm really glad I found MDT Fixing and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality installer.

Atanas and the team completely renovated our converted victorian terraced flat. We were apprehensive due to the large sums involved and this being our first project, but the MDT team were easy to deal with. Communication was never an issue and any hiccups were quickly and easily sorted. The carpenter, plumber and Atanas provided extremely valuable suggestions for improvements (including a new bathroom layout). I would work with Atanas and the team again without doubt - no better endorsement than that.

There are plenty of positive things to say about MDT, the jewel in their crown being Atanas, who is extremely capable and charming, and the same can be said for most of his team. The provided the full gamut of services for our project - plumbing, carpentry, drainage, decoration, tiling, plastering, carpentry and demolition - and Atanas was responsive to issues when they arose. They finished on time. Only the paintwork fell short and the finishings were often not good. However, MDT are expensive, and the poor parts of our experience came from the attitude of the financial department. I would recommend anyone to make sure their quote is fully itemised with a breakdown of exactly how many days of labour and which exactly materials will be used so you can price-check. In summary MDTs work is good, the on-site service is excellent, but they can also be disappointing and short-sighted.

Pleased with the team at MDT- they’ve done a good job renovating our flat and working to a high standard. The only comment for improvement would be a slight language barrier with some members of the team but Atanas and the main managers have been very attentive and good with communication. I would recommend them for work in and around London 👍

A five star service! I would strongly recommend MDT to others. They have just completed a kitchen renovation for me and we couldn't be happier with the result. A fantastic experience from start to finish. Emil fitted 24+ units, each with great craftsmanship. He worked so hard and never once compromised the quality. This project needed patience, skill and commitment. It could have easily gone wrong in an ordinary fitter's hands. Thank you, Emil! Atanas has been excellent with his dedicated team. Our many thanks to him and his whole team who were committed to this project from start to finish. We would definitely use their service again in our future projects.

From start to finish, Atanas and his colleagues have been fantastic at MDT. We moved into a house last year and remodelled two bathrooms and a kitchen. We also had some exterior repairs done. Everyone arrived promptly to start the working day and left with everything having been cleaned and tidied. Communication was excellent and we were always kept in the loop via a WhatsApp group. Would absolutely recommend and we would use MDT again for further works. Works initially started July 2024 with the kitchen and one bathroom completed, then a short break before works commenced on the second bathroom. Genuinely fab, thanks again guys!

MDT did a very good job converting part of the double-garage into a shower room and kitchen extension. Their excellent, hard-working team paid attention to even the very small details, were extremely competent and kept us informed at all stages. Project completed to a very high standard, on time and on budget. Would definitely recommend.

Bathroom refurbishment went to plan and service and craftsmanship is outstanding. I will use MDT again for other project. Well done guys!

MDT Fixing were great! They panelled my living room, decorated, and turned my hallway closet into the cloakroom of my dreams! Everything turned out even better than the inspo pictures I showed. Atanas and his team were professional and finished the job to a very high standard. I highly recommend them!

Atanas and his team were first class. The attention to detail , cleanliness and desire to finish the job to a high standard stood out to other building companies.

MDT helped with our bathroom refurb and did a fantastic job. Everything was done on time to a very high spec, and at a fair and reasonable cost. The guys on the job were a pleasure to speak to and management equally as polite and involved. Would have no hesitations in recommending them.

We have now used MDT twice and cannot recommend them highly enough. They do a first-rate job and are very good on price.

The first was fitting our new kitchen, including composite work-tops. It took less than a day for them remove our old kitchen (other quotes were 2-4 days!). Their installation of the new one was swift, professional and problem-solving, with a team of experienced carpenters, electricians and tilers.

We then had them undertake a bigger project for us: building a new garden BBQ/bar area with a huge timber deck to coincide with my husband's 50th birthday party. Atanas’s team took our sketchy bar design and added finishing flourishes, like the art-deco-steeped chimney to compliment the 1930s era of the house.

The finished area is stunning and provided a superb party space, with the guest all blown away by the space it created.

MDT’s owner, Atanas, is highly engaged and always on hand to talk through any changes that might be required. His team are hard-working, motivated and approach things with a refreshingly ‘can-do’ attitude.

We will definitely be using them again for our next building project. Very highly recommended.
