Premium quality for the Horse universe with Spanish seal
I have purchased several times at Maximilian Equestrian. They are top for the horse universe. Breeches, gloves, sleeves... all with premium quality, ideal for any weather and comfy for any ride. I do dressage and I am in love with colors, easiness to clean and overall quality.
I am really proud that is a Spanish brand with such a premium quality and sensitive to the Horse world.

I really loved the way the brand treats its customers. Even though it was a standard mail delivery, it brought me so many positive emotions. A small gift like a tote bag and a discount on the next order are always a lovely touch. I will definitely order again.

Quality and great service
I love all Maximilian products. I normally buy matching sets jodhpurs, tops and saddle pads and all have been complimented a lot. The ordering is easy and never had a problem with delivery - you’ll receive it in literally 3 days from order. The velvet saddle pad in amethyst is my new absolute favourite. Will buy matching ear bonnet soon…

From what we can see in the proof of delivery provided by the carrier and given the contents of your order, the product should not have been affected in this case, fortunately. If you find any problems upon inspection, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team so they can process your claim.
We will be sharing your experience with the carrier as well so that they can take it into account and better their service in the future.

Muchas gracias por compartir tu experiencia. Como hemos comentado en comunicaciones previas y llamadas, tu pedido express realizado el viernes 12/12 por la noche se envió con servicio urgente el siguiente día laborable lunes 15/12. El transportista lo sacó a reparto el 16/12, cumpliéndose así los plazos estipulados para este tipo de servicio, pero lamentablemente no pudo completar la entrega debido a que la dirección proporcionada por el cliente estaba incompleta. Esta incidencia se comunicó al cliente vía email el mismo día, pero UPS no recibió ninguna comunicación por tu parte para corregir los datos.
Por nuestra parte, recibimos tu primer email también el 16/12 avisando de que no habías recibido el pedido, al que respondimos el 17/12 solicitando confirmación de la dirección de entrega, ya que parecía incompleta. No recibimos respuesta por tu parte hasta que nos llamaste el 23/12, tras lo cual finalmente confirmaste el error en la dirección y proporcionaste todos los datos. Una vez que se informó al equipo del problema, desde MXMLN solicitamos el cambio de dirección directamente a UPS, pero lamentablemente no podemos garantizar que estos cambios puedan procesarse una vez que el envío está en camino, como explicamos en la web.
Finalmente, dado el retraso nos comprometimos a enviar el pedido de nuevo con otro transportista y por express - tú misma confirmaste la correcta recepción del segundo paquete. Dado que nosotros asumimos el coste adicional de este envío y la devolución del paquete original, además de realizar el reembolso del coste del primer servicio express, pensamos que la valoración de tu experiencia no tiene en cuenta el contexto, ya que lamentablemente el retraso inicial se debió a un error del cliente.
