Gemma was super accommodating, I really enjoyed the day. She went through everything thoroughly but didn’t throw too much information at you at once. Learned how to improve my milk technique when it comes to work, so I can’t wait to try that.

Worst company don’t buy coffee machine from them
I have been scammed by these scoundrels, They will never tell you about 10 cups a day on a profit sharing contract, once you signed the contract they will start charging you minimum floor charge. No proper invoice they always send you just coffee cups sales nothing will be mention how much profit share is on the invoice very bad company never buy coffee machine from this company

Niall was extremely good with us and took his time showing us and explaining everything in details, gave us multiple opportunities to try with our designs and understanding the heat and changes of milk. Thanks Niall really appreciate it!!

Niall was a fantastic teacher, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Great to have a go at actually making the coffee also with everything explained perfectly. Also loved learning more about coffee flavours.

Niall provided a masterclass in barista training to new members of our team. He was wise and engaging, warm and encouraging, unfazed by our unique machine and all our questions. He is one of the best trainers I've ever encountered - he's got the gift!

Going into the course I knew very little about making coffee and was just an average coffee consumer. The course really opened my eyes to coffee tastes and origins. Gemma is an excellent teacher and would highly recommend giving it a go. Would certainly look for a job as a barista :)

Instructor Gemma was very helpful and explained each part of making coffees really well. Also was very clear when demonstrating how to do these things.
