I was put in contact with MAT Recruitment by a trusted colleague while I was in a job that I was not enjoying. Marie offered me a number of lead pastoral VP options but they were not accessible for me until Marie found a short term contract I could access. This was a great role in a school and with a team I really enjoyed working with. The short term contract was extended from Christmas to the end of September with Marie’s help. MAT recruitment then found me a second pastoral VP role 4 miles from my house which became substantive following a selection process. I came across MAT Recruitment through Linkedin and after working with 5 other recruitment agencies, they have by far been my best experience. Marie has been so approachable and helpful with regards to finding the perfect role for my needs at 2 separate occasions.
