The Worst Ever Teaching Agency!
After 24 years of teaching experience in UK and abroad, I registered with Milk Education for over a year and once the girl who found a job in a school for me left the company, the job also left with her. The agency only calls me when I email asking about jobs available. Then they called me few times to do jobs that I am not qualified for or never done previously like SEN or SEMH. I did agree to try one, however, I could not teach and just watched in case someone hits me with a ball or other items they were throwing round in the classroom. Again and again, they called me to go back but I refused and complained via email to Helen. Unfortunately, my experience with Helen was far from satisfactory. Very unhelpful, uninterested and unprofessional. Her team was pushing me to take on Teams invigilator and cover supervisor training which I eventually took but still no work has materialised ever! This lack of customer service skills and professionalism was highly disappointing so I decided to try a different teaching agency.
I would never recommend Milk Education to anyone seeking job placement assistance or supply teaching.
