MAT Recruitment has been ‘fantastique’ in securing me a teaching post! A personal touch, time invested, professional and personable, regular contact and it all resulted in securing employment.

Marie reached out to me on LinkedIn a few months ago. I appreciated that personal touch. We spoke on the phone. I was taking a slightly different route professionally at that time and Marie understood.

Months later, I reached back out to Marie and she called me right away. I was glad to know that she remembered me. She got to work right away. Within a few weeks she had some potential opportunities lined up. I was impressed by the relationships MAT Recruitment has with schools.

After Marie’s diligence, I successfully secured a role. I wish the school was closer - this is the only drawback. But, this doesn’t take away from the great work that has been done. Merci beaucoup Marie and the MAT team.

I was super busy and occupied with my work, however Georgie has always been there to take over any paperwork and keep the load minimum for me. She was professional, efficient, friendly and really took care of every little detail to make the full process easy for me.

I had seen the message and thought I'd come back to it, as I was very busy, and had quite a lot going on at the time. I forgot. It Eventually took a while before I responded, but she was patient and very encouraging. She was still able to quickly get me in for an interview, and was very encouraging with words. She checked up on me at intervals to ensure everything was going well, and if I needed support. She contacted me a day before the interview, and wished me well.
When I informed her that I had gotten the role, she rang me to congratulate me, still being very encouraging, and ensured me that I can still contact her if I need any support.
