The organization informed me they had exhausted their supply of skips, leading to a cancellation.

Access to my property can be a bit confusing, lady I dealt with just looked on google and saw and understood what I was saying. Skips arrived when they said they would, i ended up needing two more and was happy to continue with Martins, only minor downside was I didn’t get any deals for the extra business but honestly and clearly, this did not stop me from remaining with them.

Very competitive price and the skip arrived on time. We had an issue (which was our problem) which Hannah at Martins skip hire helped me sort out. I had no issue getting in contact with the company and they were extremely helpful in sorting things out with a revised pick up time. I would definitely use them again.

Skip delivered on time. Even though I was not there it was dropped in the exact position requested. No fuss, no bother

Stay away from these guys. I ordered the service from another company who sent me one set of prohibited items, only to be told they contracted my request to a local company who have different prohibited items (i.e office chairs, curtains etc).

Stay away they will always add items so they charge you more once the skip is collected.

Turned up exactly when they said. I was amazed they could manoeuvre on my narrow street but they did a great job. Skip placed perfectly.
Both drivers were professional and courteous, as was Sam the coordinator when I phoned to arrange the pickup.
If I need t book another I'll definitely choose them again.

Excellent continued communication from start to finish

Very poor experience.
I booked a skip in good faith. Due to the amount charged being incorrect as the result of an IT issue, my order was cancelled with no prior communication & I was lied to about the reason.
No apology was offered, that alone would have gone a long way. Instead I was told 'mistakes are a part of life'. Terrible customer service.
I'll take my business elsewhere & suggest you do too.

Delivered on time, the skip was put exactly where I had asked them to put it.

I wouldn’t bother. They don’t have skips and you only find out once you’ve booked and paid for one. Then told that refund will happen within 2-5days

Waiting so long

The driver arrived promptly, was extremely friendly and placed the skip exactly where I wanted it.

Booked a skip online, got an email a few days later detailing a full refund, no explanation why. Had to phone up to find out that they have no skips available of any size. Couldn't even tell me if or when they'd have any available, stating it's down to it being the busiest time of the year.

Easy booking. Arriving on time. Get all information you need. Very good prices.

Company cancelled because they said they had run out of skips.

The value of the skip hire is good compared with other local waste disposal providers but the timescale for sending a replacement skip and collecting the full one is less optimal and as resulted in financial impact on me. I had to hire the digging equipment for one further day for extra £180 + labours day cost because we had to wait for a replacement skip for the full one we have.
