Excellent service. Booked it on line, got confirmation and then arrived on the right day at 930am . We rang them up to pick it up early and it was collected all on time. An excellent service for us.

They seem like Skip hire brokers. Sold me a 12yd cubic skip. Sent me an 8m3 builders skip from Nolan slips that was too small for my needs. No apology, no recompence, not interested in good customer service to correct problems. Wouldn't use again, advise you go straight to the skip suppliers

Ordered a skip - it arrived on the day in good time and was picked up promptly on the last day.
Can't fault them in any way, price was reasonable as well, will use them again for sure.

Martins skips were prompt with the delivery of the skip. The delivery driver was cheerful and chatty. However I only hired out the skip for a day but they still take the cost for a month. So it certainly isn't cheap in that sense. I think that hiring a skip for a day should also be an option, where you only pay for the day.

Poor customer service. Arrived late affecting ability of contractors to do job. Information about removal unclear. Woman who deals with phone calls rude and unhelpful. Would not use again.

I get the feeling that you are not calling your friendly local Skip company with an 01582 area code, this is a nationwide company that uses satellite suppliers in various regions.
Take ages to answer calls, put through to the next person, ages to answer calls, then get hung up on when they realise they are about to give you bad news you might not want to hear. Such as "oh the skip you ordered isn't coming".
Nothing but frustration and delays.

Very good experience, arrived on time and picked up when ask to. very reliable.

The delivery team are really helpful. However the teams on the phone are not - called multiple times to be passed through to the customer service team. First time took 45 minutes to get through. Told delivery would be lunchtime - popped out first thing, delivery arrived at 9am.

Called again to get collection timings - can’t get through to the team. Explained this to the team that answer the phone, they couldn’t care less. Every-time I call I’m passed through then the line cuts. Asked for a call back and never received one. Really disappointing Customer Service from the office team.

I was quoted a price on the phone. Then later found it was cheaper to order on line (which I checked by phone to confirm) so I ordered on line. Later my ordered was cancelled due to no skips available, which was contrary to what I was told by my earlier enquiry on the phone.

Ordered a skip, paid for it and to be delivered on Tuesday. A couple of days later received a message that no skips available which put us in a right spot. Did receive my refund a few days later.

Rubbish cancelled my order three times still waiting for a refund managed by a circle waste complete waste of time they offer price Online and after you paid they don’t honour it

Got a quote online for £168, called to check and had availability and was told the price to book on the phone would be £250 +VAT so said I'd book online. Booked and paid but within a few hours had an email saying there was no availability and I'd get a refund.

Booked a skip online and paid for it. I then received an email the next day telling me they had none available in my area for what I booked. I replied asking what size they had available which I never received a reply. Luckily I managed to get another skip from somewhere else
