NOT ACTUALLY YOUR FAULT
NOT ACTUALLY YOUR FAULT, BUT EVRI WHO DELIVERED THE PARCEL LEFT IT IN A FARM YARD 75 YARDS AWAY FROM THE HOUSE AND WAS FOUND AFTER ABOUT 4 DAYS. MY HUSBAND HAS TRIED TO REVIVE THE PLANTS BUT W3AQQS UNSUCCESSFUL.
I HAVE COMPLAINED TO EVRI BUT HAD NO RESPONSE

I have been ordering my plug plants
I have been ordering my plug plants, and bulbs from Marshalls Garden for years. I am always excited when opening the boxes they are carefully packed in. Today there was another knock on my door. I was excited to recieve a Marshalls Garden package, and could barely wait to open it. There it was, my purple sprouting broccoli. As the lovely rains have returned, I can't wait to plant the lovely bulbs. Once again, thank you Marchalls Grden.

Evri had the parcel for 5 days
Evri had the parcel for 5 days, it was mangled, the plants were all over the place, half useless. Sent on Thurs before bank holiday with one of the worst carriers.
Its ok being eco if it works, your parcel didnt.
Still waiting on replacements for other plants that Evri, destroyed.
You need to think again about your packaging,

The plants arrived in a totally…
The plants arrived in a totally unacceptable condition, possibly too long in transit in hot conditions and no water. One appears to be showing some kind of recovery but limited and the other two are totally brown and lifeless and will have to be disposed of. We were out when the delivery was made and so unable to send them back.
Perhaps you might like to let us know your response in this matter.

Waiting on a critical time.
The parcel arrived in good time but the box was very badly damaged and part of the plant were outside of the packaging. On looking inside there was a lot of loose compost and I couldn't see that the roots were not in the pot. This was most concerning to me because I know that Daphne dislike roots disturbance and although I repotted the plant immediately I will wait to see if plant survives. If not I will ask Marshalls to respond..
