I have loved this website for years but lately it has really gone downhill. So far I've had to chase 3 sellers about my orders but the most recent encounter was astonishingly bad.

I won't be shopping there again.

Can’t get hold of customer service, saying package arrived it hasn’t

Impossible to contact Customer Care. Order didn't arrive and the automatic chat "help" keeps going in circles with the same question and can't move on. Impossible to reach anyone - terrible service. No refund, no contact, money lost.

Jeg modtog et par sko fra ASOS som fødselsdagsgave fra mine forældre, som jeg havde planlagt at bære til mit kommende bryllup. Desværre viste det sig, at skoene var for små, og da jeg forsøgte at bytte dem til en større størrelse, var byttefristen desværre overskredet.

Det mest frustrerende ved denne oplevelse var forsøget på at kontakte ASOS' kundeservice. Til forskel fra andre online firmaer, hvor der er mulighed for dialog og at finde en løsning, var det umuligt at komme igennem til ASOS. Dette har efterladt mig uden mulighed for at bruge skoene til mit bryllup, og nu sidder jeg fast med et par ubrugelige sko.

Jeg kan desværre ikke anbefale ASOS til andre, medmindre de forbedrer deres kundeservice og bliver mere fleksible i deres byttepolitik. En så simpel service som at bytte en størrelse bør ikke være så besværligt. ORDER NO.: 903561921

No contact at all from seller. Requested a refund and still no communication. I contacted asos marketplace who did get back to me within a few days and I received a full refund. But it was bizarre to get radio silence when buying something online, had to reorder from amazon instead. Do not recommend - its NOT asos!

MUCHOS anuncios son FALSOS, principalmente anuncios,de VEHICULOS. NO entiendo porque no tienen personal para controlar los,anuncios, no puede ser que en la primera vista hasta un niño ve que el anuncio en este precio es falso pero MARKETPLACE permite este anuncio.......en cualquier otra página así no pasará!!! Es triste que no tienen personal para controlar por lo menos un poco los anuncios, LO PEOR, cuando yo denunció a ellos un anuncios falso, MARKETPLACE NO HACE CASO !!!!! INCREÍBLE

Bought sandals for my partner, but were wrong size, tried to return but return label wouldn't work, contacted asos but no reply, now stuck with sandals that cant bre returned, terrible company to deal with and would not recommend to anyone, shameless disgusting behaviour on their behalf, customer service does not exist here,never again will I buy here,buyer beware

Did not refund me for a pair of trousers that spilt within 10 minutes of having them. They basically said it was my fault and I had worn them, bloody cheek. Apparently quality control had looked and there was no problem. Well I'm telling you now the material was flimsy and stitching right on edge. Now I have to pay for an item that was of poor quality 😕

Ponen a la venta productos que no tienen,imposible contactar con ellos,todo son grabaciones,te hacen perder mucho tiempo.Desastre total.

BE AWARE
As soon as I posted something on marketplace I had two immediate responses. Both scammers that wanted too many details. Unfortunately, not having experienced this before, I was cleverly led in to giving too many details such as account and sort code to pay money in. Address to pick up and email for their bank form. When I was asked to upgrade my account to a business account, alarm bells rang and I realised what was going on. In future I’ll only accept payment through PayPal. Oh and the next person wanted to do the same! Watch out - horrid people out there!

Sendte en vare retur den 11 januar 2024 har ikke hørt fra dem siden ,med hensyn til bekræftet retur modtagelse og refundering af betaling,kan ikke anbefale stedet,handler ikke der mere.

Compré dos luminarias a Marketplace a través de la compra online de Leroy Merlín,al cabo de un año se me han fundido los tubos led y me dicen que están descatalogados y que me los tienen que abonar.En Leroy Merlín me dicen que no existen.Si me los llegan a abonar cosa que dudo,no los puedo sustituir por qué no existen en Leroy Merlín.Pierdo el abono y tengo que comprarlos en otra tienda de mi bolsillo.Primera y última,esto es un timo total!

The e-shop cannot send me 2 different orders made with 15 minutes difference, into the same packaging, cause they cannot be connected with the warehouse..... Unbelievable

Frygtelig dårlig kundeservice!!! Kan ikke komme i kontakt med en person på telefon og klage over manglende tilbage betaling ved returneret ordre. Handler ALDRIG med ASOS IGEN

My parcel is missing again.
They don’t care
They take your money and good luck to get your parcel. My proof of delivery is a cracked open bag with the coat that I ordered hanging out of the packaging.
So of course it’s missing. I basically paid for nothing.
