I would give ASOS zero stars.It won't let me do this , so one star it is ( but not earned !! ) I ordered a bra. It did not fit and was unfit for purpose. I returned it, with tags attached, in pristine condition. They refused my refund on the basis of missing tags (untrue); it was soiled and had been worn( also untrue ). This is NOT how I returned the bra. I have requested a charge back from my credit card providers. DO NOT order from this company. They are shocking !!!!

Asoso e un sito che truffa le persone. Ho reso un vestito che non ho nemmeno provato . Solo dal tessuto già non mi piaceva.
Mi mandano una mail reso rifiutato. Ho provato a contattare l'assistenza ma nulla .dicono non mi rimborsano

Ordered a £200 suite it never came costumer service avoided admitting it was stolen/lost and wouldn't offer any goodwill or next day delivery as a replacement I waited 3 weeks for my refund. Horrible service never TRUST ASOS!

Be careful with offers I ordered an item with huge discount and had a code for extra discount I assumed some items did not receive the extra after it all came sent few things back and once refund came they had charged full price for one item so instead of £38.50 this item was on sale forever was £70

Warning! Do not order anything from here. Their return policy totally sucks and they write different stuff on different places in order to misinform. Look for better alternatives that treats you fair!

Ce site est une arnaque , faîtes attention , vous commandez et vous recevez un article différent et forcément moins bien qui a rien à voir .
Expérience désastreuse pour ma part , deux commandes , deux articles différents reçu .
Je vous déconseille ce site afin d éviter de mauvaises surprises .

Son lo peor de lo peor. No compréis en esta empresa ni a Fnac por qué yo he comprado a FNAC.El paquete llego un mes más tarde, regalo de reyes de un niño. Para hacer la devolución del mismo, me dicen que los gastos de devolución corren de mi parte y son 45 euros, no se puede devolver en una tienda Fnac. Encima de llegar un mes tarde, marearme, mentir en los plazos de entrega, tengo que salir corriendo el mismo día de reyes a comprar otra cosa , gastarme el dinero, y lo devuelvo por culpa vuestra por qué no llego el paquete en la fecha establecida del 23 al 29 de diciembre, llega el.dia 13 de enero y para devolverlo me cobran 45 euros. Es una vergüenza, es vergonzo!!

Items missing and didn’t receive the full refund, they charge you £4 for their own mistake.
Won’t use anymore

Every parcel I have received recently has either had something missing or has been the wrong item. Still waiting for a refund for my last item which I returned 2 months ago and, after many online chats, I have come to the conclusion that I will not be refunded for receiving the wrong item. Will no longer be buying from Asos. Definitely would not recommend them. Extremely difficult to get a refund for their mistakes and they make many of them. Not reliable at all.

I just lost 80 euros because of miscommunication of Service Point and ASOS. They couldn't find my return. They didn't try either.

I wish I could put 0 stars. Do not buy from here they will not let you return.
I simply ordered a jacket this jacket didn’t fit me it was way too big so I sent this one back and ordered a size down . Today I received the first jacket back with an email saying this item does not qualify for a refund do not send back as we will keep the goods and still not refund you wow 😮 I’m shocked if this jacket didn’t pass quality then how was it sent to me then not to mention really bad customer service I’m so sad 😢 and I now have 2 of the same jacket and nothing I can do

They advised I was unable to order from asos due to excessive returns.part of being an online only company means as a customer you need to order different sizes, especially if you're between sizes.poor online offering, then refuse to advise on complaints process and disconnect from contact

Ik heb mijn bestelling bij ASOS op tijd geretourneerd, binnen hun retourtermijn van 28 dagen. Toch blijft ASOS onterecht herhalen dat mijn retour te laat was.

Na meerdere keren contact met hun klantenservice via live chat. Elke keer kreeg ik hetzelfde standaardantwoord, zonder dat er inhoudelijk naar mijn bewijs werd gekeken. Een medewerker beloofde mij door te verbinden met een manager, maar na meer dan een uur wachten kwam er niemand. Mijn klacht werd genegeerd, en de fout werd niet gecorrigeerd. Ik heb gevraagd of hierover klachten kan indienen via hun klantenservice, maar krijg geen reactie.

Ondanks duidelijke leverings- en retourbewijzen blijft ASOS weigeren om mijn geld terug te betalen. Daarom heb ik een klacht ingediend bij ECC Nederland en een terugvorderingsverzoek gestart via mijn creditcardverzekering bij ING Platinum

Received wrong item in order, can only get in touch via 'live chat' that took ages and when I asked if they had an address I could complain to was told no, you can only live chat to us. The operative themselves were lovely but the company is awful.

ASOS c/s is non existent. If you want to return goods, they charge you and if you have a problem with the goods, they don’t care.

So you’re better off not using ASOS, as their after care is crappy.

I have raised an issue and they just said ‘return it’. The item that I WANT, has an imperfection and therefore needs reducing or replacing; has now changed in price and gone up by £41. They literally don’t care. These are Nike trainers and I’ve suggested they reduce them to reflect the damage in the leather. I’ve provided photos.

They don’t want to know. I’ve suggested they replace them and they said it’s my job to re-order them if I want to.

This isn’t after care. It’s no s**ts given!!

No customer service at all!! Terrible, not sure what’s changed but used to be a great site and now they are terrible

Impossible de contacter le service après vente pour une réclamation. Ce site est frauduleux. Ils jouent sur les prix abordable mais des qu'il y a un problème on ne peut pas les joindre.
