Service client pas bon du tout sur les retours. J'ai fait une demande de retour à 25 jours donc dans le délai des 28 jours autorisés, mais je ne recois pas l'étiquette retour comme indiqué. Je retente le lendemain et surlendemain. Mais alors que le site me confirme le retour, je ne parviens pas à récupérer l'étiquette.
Je contacte le service client sur tchat qui ne peut rien faire, et me dirige vers leur mail. J'écris par mail mais ce jour là, c'était donc après les 28 jours et on me répond "trop tard ça fait plus de 28 jours maintenant, c'est hors délais, on n'accepte plus votre retour"!!!
C'est bien se moquer royalement de leurs clients ! Un vrai désastre ! Je commandais régulièrement chez eux, désormais il vaut mieux passer par d'autres sites tel que Zalando ou autres, ayant un sens du commerce plus sérieux ! À fuir !

Acquistato un prodotto elettro idraulico tramite un noto portale, che non ha colpe per il guasto. Funzionato si e no tre ore.
Fatto presente il problema direttamente al marchio del prodotto, in quanto il portale di vendita non ha mai risposto.
Chiesto aiuto per soluzione, mi hanno proposto la sostituzione dell'oggetto.

io ho avuto un esperienza negativissima con una persona con un televisore con scambio a mano il televisore in questione non presentava le caratteristiche descritte sull annuncio e che io richiedevo, questa persona si e' adirata e a casa sua ha iniziato a rivolgersi male e mi ha mandato via dicendo che io ero polemico, mai piu' acquisti su marketplace

Une livraison "express" ? Payez 15 euros/an et profitez d'une livraison en 10 jours, voila la vérité. Aucun geste commercial de la part du service-client. Dommage, vos concurrents, eux, livrent à temps.

Una vergüenza todo mal vehiculo de 20 mil aquí lo tiñes en 4-5 mil no revisa nadie el mundo de estafas preguntas si sique un coche la venta el estafadores te manda un mesaje esta de mi madre ponte en contacto con esas te manda un link para estafarte un vergüenza

Ho acquistato due costumi e li ho restituiti intatti con tanto di etichette originali e protezione intima. Mi hanno risposto che non possono effettuare il rimborso perché l’articolo è stato usato. Con le etichette? Mi hanno inviato le foto dell’articolo macchiato senza la protezione originale quindi non è il mio che era perfetto!!!!!
Mai successa una roba simile.

Por qué no se puede poner menos, es una verdadera vergüenza, e perdido 300€ por una simple estafa, está lleno de estafadores, no compréis nada por aquí, ojalá esos 300€ les sirvan para medicinas. Ahora lo que reclamo son esos 300€ por que me ha costado muchísimo trabajo conseguirlos, para que gente como esta te estafe

Two guys bring it in and fit to sink waste and connect by screwing the main water on the tap made for washing machine put the machine in the rinse spin cycle to clean the manufacture oils etc from drum and they leave - 5mins into cycle it errors leaving a full drum of water - called them and they sent out Abbott and Castello to find the fault the next day - they disconnected waste pipe from sink waste and flooded kitchen, they too looked like drowned rats - They say we have found the problem, the fitters never took the blank out of the sink waste it needs cutting, with no tools they managed to cut with a knife and opened the blank reconnected and tried it, to their amazement it was leaking all over the floor - evidently the adaptor they had cut was not sitting right in the main sink waste unit - they say sorry thats not down to us that the sink waste and tried to leave - they called their boss (A young lady reading stuff from a book that actually knew nothing about the operations or installing washing machines)
Sorry she says thats not down to us it's your problem and called the guys away - we still have a new washing machine that has never been used and it looks can't be used and they refuse to sort it out.
My advise to anyone thinking of buying one from these muppets is to pay a little more so you get one that's installed and works as it should - 12+ weeks and running out of clean clothes now, my son is mentally disabled too and its his machine and they say will only now discuss it with him ? Madness
NEVER EVER AGAIN if there is anything wrong with your order/item the aftersales is ZERO
Brand new washing machine just sitting there with no pluming after paying for install.
They don't use a plumber to install only delivery/ warehouse staff

Super dårlig kundersvervice og meget høje priser!!!

Jeg købte en only Jakke ved ASOS, da den var udsolg alle andre steder. Da jeg modtager pakken sidder det oprindelig prisskilt fra Only på jakken, som viser en laver pris end jeg har givet. Jeg er klar over at alle skal tjene penge. Men det ikke i orden at lade det orginale prisslikt sidde på produktet, når man sælger den til en højre pris.
Jeg bruger meget lang tid på at finde en mailadresse til ASOS, men umuligt. Man kan kun udfylde en formular på hjemmesiden, men ikke muligt at vedhæftet fil.
Jeg får positiv respons på min henvendelse, og de beder om et billede af prisskiltet. Det sender jeg med det samme.
Herefter rykker jeg 5 gange for svare og for at få refunderet differencen. ASOS er tavse og ikke til at komme i kontakt med.
Det super dårlig kundeservice. Og bliver aldrig et firma jeg anbefaler til andre eller selv handler ved igen.

Experiencia positiva. El producto llegó correctamente el primer día de los tres posibles que habían indicado. A pesar de las opiniones negativas que había leído , mi experiencia fue positiva.

Mi bloccano il profilo non si sa perché (ho contattato più volte l’assistenza clienti ma nessuno degli addetti ha saputo darmi una risposta) e procedo al reso di un prodotto a mie spese seguendo quanto scritto in un’email da loro inviata: il prodotto è arrivato da loro in data 24/06 ed il tempo massimo per avere risposte era il 5/07 (ovviamente nel frattempo li ho contattati più e più volte ma ho trovato solo operatori uno più incompetente dell’altro). Arrivati al 5/07 nessuna risposta, loro dicono che io non li ho mai contattati (falso, ho anche lo screen delle conversazioni) ed ora hanno passato il tutto all’ufficio apposito. Riceverò mai i miei soldi? Pessimo sito ed assistenza clienti inutile ed incompetente

Kunne jeg give 0 stjerner havde jeg givet det!!!!!!! Havde bestilt 2 huer, valgte at betale med Klarna. Modtog begge huer, beholdte den ene, den anden valgte jeg & sende tilbage. Men man kan ikke komme i kontakt med ASOS, det jo nærmest umuligt!!! De modtog pakken d. 12. Maj & de har ikke været henne & hente den, har fået bekræftelse af Dao! Fusker firma! Godt råd - hold jer væk!!! & nu er jeg sendt i inkasso - for en varer jeg har sendt retur for næsten 2 måneder siden - & som de egentligt bare kan hente!

Heb al tig mails gestuurd en krijg dezelfde antwoorden of een nieuwe retour label of de POD van de originele levering naar mij toe.
Schoenen zijn denk ik kwijt of hangen ergens in het magazijn, ik heb mijn geld niet terug en de klantenservice doet alsof ze mij niet begrijpen.
Grap van het bestellen bij Asos heeft mij 95 euro gekost!

Per gli articoli in saldo danno la possibilità di reso solo entro 14 giorni. Tra l'altro, senza nessuna data che compare negli ordini. Mi sarebbe bastato anche una semplice carta regalo, ma non accettano nulla. Avete perso un cliente

Asos is echt heel erg slecht! Sturen gebruikte kleding en accepteren het niet weer terug als je retourneert. Contact opgenomen en uren mee bezig geweest maar ze nemen je niet serieus

No entregan en fecha , tienen un retraso de tres semanas .
Anule el pedido y dos meses despues no solamente no me devuelven el importe , sino que lo dejan tirado en la entrada de mi casa sin que nadie lo recepcione. No quieren saber nada del tema .

Está lleno de estafadores que dicen que les interesa tu producto y que se lo envíes por correo que ellos lo pagarán.
Todo mentira ni te pagarán ni nada , todos estafadores. Si esa plataforma lo permite es porque seguro son secuaces de ellos.
